人教版新目标八上Unit 6 Im going to study computer science.第一课时教学设计 安康市宁陕县江口中学 王能萍一、 教学目标:1. 语言知识目标:(1)掌握以下表示职业的单词:. er结尾的:computer programmer, engineer, lawyer, basketball player, writer, singer, bus driver, firefighter;. ist结尾的:scientist, pianist, violinist;. or结尾的:actor, doctor;. 其它: cook, pilot(2)掌握以下句型: What do you want to be when you grow up?I want to be a basketball player.How are you going to do that?Im going to practice basketball every day.Where are you going to work?Im going to move to Shanghai.When are you going to start?Im going to start when I finish high school and college.(3) 熟练运用以下结构表达将要做的事情。be going to do;want to do2. 能力目标:能用职业单词、目标语言和be going to 句型熟练地谈论将来的打算。3. 情感态度价值观目标:本课时通过谈论学生感兴趣并与其现实生活密切相关的“理想职业”这一话题,激发学生们的学习主动性和学习兴趣,唤醒他们心中的理想,并鼓励让他们下定决心为实现自己的理想而努力奋斗。二、教学重难点:1. 教学重点:(1)学会归类记忆所有表示职业的词汇。(2)熟练掌握want to do 和be going to do的用法。2. 教学难点:用一般将来时态表达自己未来的打算。三、教学方法:游戏法、听说法,任务型教学法、师生互动。四、教学准备:课本,多媒体,信纸,彩笔等。五、教学过程:Step1. Greetings and lead-in.(2 minutes)Students listen to the song “ Be What You Wanna Be”, and say some words of jobs. (设计意图:歌曲引入为学生创设了轻松愉悦的英语学习氛围,同时也引导学生回忆关于职业的单词。)Step 2. Present words of jobs and classify them(10 minutes)Students in each group say the English names of jobs according to the pictures. Then the teacher helps them to classify the words. er结尾的:computer programmer, engineer, lawyer, basketball player, writer, singer, bus driver, fire fighter;. ist结尾的:scientist, pianist, violinist;. or结尾的:actor, doctor;. 其它: cook, pilot(设计意图:通过自己动手写,体现了学生的课堂主体地位并调动了他们的积极性;同时引导学生运用归类法巧妙记单词。)Step3. Lets play a game: Students listen to some sounds related to jobs, and then stand quickly to say the words of jobs. (2 minutes)1. Who is he? A. He is the singer Jay Chou. B. He is the pianist Langlang. C. He is the actor Zhou Xingchi.2. What does Peter do? A. He is a pilot. B. He is a lawyer. C. He is a basketball player.3. Is she a computer programmer or an engineer?4. Whats his job? A. a teacher. B. a cook. C. a driver.(设计意图:游戏法能极大地调动学生学习的积极性,体现快乐学习的教学思路) Step 4. Reviewing the grammar “be going to do”(4 minutes)The teacher help students review “be going to do” through the story of Mr. Going-to-do and 2 True-or-False questions. If you are going to do something, it means you plan to do something. (T). “Be-going-to-do” happens in sometime in the future. (T)(设计意图:以生动形象的故事和正误判断的方式引导学生进行探究性复习“be going to do”这一语法项目,避免了枯燥的灌输式讲解。)Step5. Making sentences.(3 minutes)Students make sentences according to “Who”, “What” and “ When”. Role play (4 minutes)Students role-play the big wolf and the pleasant goat to finish the conversations.(设计意图:学生通过扮演动画片中“喜洋洋”和“灰太狼”两个角色完成want to do 和be going to do相关的对话,真正体现了快乐学习, 同时为下面的pair work做铺垫。)Step7. Group work: Do a survey and make a dream poster.(8 minutes)Students work in groups of four, one is a reporter, interview the members in their group, then write down their jobs and how, where and when they are going to do that. Sum up the words of jobs and “want to do”, “be going to do” by blackboard design.2. Show some sayings to tell the Ss to hold on to their dreams and make them come true one day.3. Write a composition with the topic “My plans for future life”. (设计意图:通过总结使所学知识得到升华;推荐的作业有利于激发学生的对未来的畅想和打算,并激励他们为实现梦想而努力奋斗。)Step11.
