Master the key words and phrases about this part.(save, get lost, symbol, forget, danger, cut down, be in danger.)2. Master and use the new sentence: The elephant is one of the symbols of Thailand. Elephants are in great danger.Ability object:Train students listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. Train students communicative competence. Moral Object:Students should learn to establish their awareness of protecting animals , and no matter how to protect animals, they must make efforts to do it well.4 Important teaching points: 1.Vocabulary:(save, get lost, symbol, forget, danger, cut down, be in danger.) 2.Sentence: The elephant is one of the symbols of Thailand. Elephants are in great danger. We must save the trees and not buy things made of ivory.5 Difficult points:Students can communication with others about the topic of different ways to protect animals.6 Teaching method:Task-based teaching method, Communicative Approach7 Learning method: Prediction Cooperative Comparison8 Teaching aids:tape, pictures of different animals, video. 九Teaching procedures and contents: Step1 Greetings and warming up1.
