Unit 7 Its raining.第一课时:1a-1c 授课班级:七(5)班一、学情分析。1、 七年级的学生年龄小,思维活跃,对未知领域有强烈的求知欲望,对英语有较强烈的兴趣,但是对语言功能在实际生活中的运用不会太重视,未能充分理解目标语言的重要性。2、七年级(5)班是我们学校的基础班,英语基础较薄弱,成绩整体较差。因此在教学过程中我比较注重单词,短语,句型的学习,加强学生听说能力。课堂上多以表扬为主,注重对学生兴趣的培养,鼓励他们大胆说,积极做,努力讲。二、教材分析(一)教学内容本课内容出自新目标人教版七年级(下)Unit7 Its raining Section A第一课时。教学内容以描述天气状况为主,继续巩固现在进行时态为辅。课文贴近生活,教学中比较容易联系实际,创设语言情境,与单元有关又有所拓展,训练学生的口头表达能力。本课时主要培养学生的听说能力。旨在创造一个轻松愉快的学习环境,激发学生学习的兴趣。(二)、教学目标: 1. 语言知识目标:1) 能掌握以下单词:rain, windy, cloudy, sunny, snow, weather, 能掌握以下句型: Hows the weather in Beijing? Its sunny.2) 能用所学的知识描述天气情况。 3)描述正在发生的动作。 2. 情感态度价值观目标:教育学生善于观察天气,善于调整自己的情绪;了解世界各地的天气情况,增加世界观念。知道大自然的力量是神奇而伟大的,我们应当好好学习,立志学好科学知识,为长大后探索神奇的大自然,打好基础。 三、教学重难点1. 教学重点:1) The vocabulary and useful expressions. 2) Hows the weather? Its raining/ windy. 四教具:图片,PPT五教学过程。Step 1 激情“动”员1. Greeting as usual.2. Morning report.3. Sing a song: Hows the weather?Step 2 主“动”展示1. (Show some pictures of the weather) Let Ss look at the pictures and ask them how the weather is. Ss learn the new words and expressions with the help of the pictures. 2. Look at the signs(标志) below, what do they mean?Step 3 调“动”探究1. (Showing some pictures on the big screen.) Ask Ss Hows the weather?T; Hows the weather?S: Its sunny/cloudy/raining2. Look at the pictures in 1a. Then read the new words on the right. Ask the Ss to match the words with pictures. 3. Check the answers. 4 Now lets look at the city names in the box in 1b. Please read after me. Ss read the cities after the teacher. 5 Now, Well hear four conversations. Listen carefully, point out each city in the picture as it comes upon the tape. Play the recording a second time. Ask Ss to write the name of the city in the picture of its weather. Step 4 互“动”交流1. Tell the Ss: If you are in one of the places in the picture above. Talk about the weather with your friends in another city on the phone. 2. Make a model with a student like this:T: Hi! Hows the weather in Beijing?S1: Its sunny. 3. Ss work in pairs. Ask and answer about the weather in the cities. 4.Exercising.一、用所给单词的适当形式填空1. Its a _(cloud) day today.2. Its _(rain) today, so I cant go to the zoo.3. Its _(wind) today. I want to take a bus to school.二、按要求完成句子。1. Whats the weather like today? (改为同义句) _ _ the weather today?2. Its cloudy in Nanjing today.
