英语八年级上册新目标Unit 5 Do you want to watch a game show? 教学设计广西贵港市港南区东津镇第四初级中学 卢顺琼一、教学目标： 1. 语言知识目标(1) 使学生观看不同类型的电视节目，掌握谈论喜好的动词及动词短语，并在对话中正确使用动词不定式或动名词做宾语。(2) 词汇：sitcom, news, soap, mind, stand (3) 句型： What do you want to watch? What do you think of talk shows? I cant stand them. I dont mind them. I like/love them. / I dont like them. (4) 语法： 动名词或动词不定式结构做动词的宾语。2语言技能目标让学生学会询问他人的喜好和谈论自己的喜好。3情感、态度目标学会谈论流行文化，了解各类电视和电视节目的名称和自己的喜好。注意引导学生们形成正确的文化观念，大力培养学生们的跨文化意义，形成自己独立的个性。4. 教法导航采用直观教学法，遵循以学生为主体的原则。采用展示图片、表演对话、创设情境、小组合作与交流、听说读写四项基本技能相结合的方式来学习本节课的知识，培养各项能力。5. 学法导航采用独立思考与小组合作与交流相结合的方法，在老师的引领下相对独立地学习知识，培养能力。二、学情分析本节课通过图文为学生创设了“谈论电视节目”的语境，并呈现了不同电视节目类型的表达方式，以及句型A: What do you think of? B: I dont mind them. / I cant stand them. / I love watching them.用来表达对各类电视节目的偏好。三、教学重、难点： 1. 教学重点： (1) 学习掌握各类电视和电视节目的名称。 (2) 掌握动名词或动词不定式结构做动词的宾语。 2. 教学难点： 掌握动名词或动词不定式结构做动词的宾语。四、教学方法：采用展示图片、表演对话、创设情境、小组合作与交流、听说读写四项基本技能相结合的方式来学习本节课的知识，培养各项能力。五、课型 新授课六、课时 第一课时七、教具准备：录音 多媒体 PPT图片八、教学过程： Step 1 Lead-in. (1)The teacher present a picture of game show and help the students say “game show”. Then the students read after the teacher. (present other TV shows the same way. Such as: talk show, talent show, sports show, cartoon, news, soap opera, sitcom) . (2)Then ask some students to read the words.(3)Ask the students to remember the words, two students write the words on the white board.Step 3 Learn 1aMatch the TV shows with the pictures a-gT: Please look at the pictures on page 33. Each picture shows one kind of TV show. Name each TV show.
