Presentation一、1、T: Do you want to know when does Chen Jie do these thing? Lets go and have a look.T: Look! Its 6 oclock. What is Chen Jie doing now?Then I will show them the picture and lead them to answer: She is doing morning exercises. 2、 We can change the two sentences into one like this:Chen Jie is doing morning exercises at 6 a.m. 二、T: Listen! The clock is running.Lets see its 9 a.m. Now what is Chen Jie doing?Ss: She is having an English class.T: We can say with one sentence like this: Chen Jie is having an English class at 9.三、T: Listen! The clock runs fast. Lets see its11:30 a.m. Now what is Chen Jie doing?Ss: She is eating lunch.T: We can say with one sentence like this: Chen Jie is eating lunch at 11:30.四、T: Time flies! Look! Its afternoon now. Its 4:00 p.m.Now what is Chen Jie doing?Ss: She is reading a book.T: We can say with one sentence like this: Chen Jie is reading a book at 11:30.五、T: Listen! The clock is still running. Lets see its7:30 a.m. Now what is Chen Jie doing?Ss: She is listening to music.T: We can say with one sentence like this: Chen Jie is listening to music at 7:30.Step 3. Practice1、We have known how to answer the question:” what is Chen Jie doing?”,but do you know what he is doing? Then I will show them the pictures and lead them to answer the questions.2、 T: Look at the pictures and answer”what are they doing ?” Ss: They are.3、 Show students the other four pictures and ask them to use one sentence to describe the picture: Zhang Peng is reading a book. Mike is listening to music. Robin and Wu Yifan are running. Sarah and Chen Jie are eating lunch.4、 Practice writing Look at the picture and use the Present Continuousto describe what people are doing on the beach. Step 4. Homework1、Talk about your mothers activities and write it on the notebook.2、Practice writing the new words.板书设计或要
