C. HIBBELER所编著:ENGINEERING MECHANICS /STATICS; TENTH EDITION：全书共计有11个篇章及3个Appendices与75个Topics(教学单元次章节)；计划根据工程力学专业与机械设计技术相关的特点，将针对静力学篇所属的New Words & Expressions专业英语词汇部分与Text & Notes课文部分，及CHAPTER OBJECTIVES部分逐字、整句讲授，另针对SELECTED EXAMPLES部分，则规划采取分析、导证模式进行详解；关于本课程内容的摘要与重点部分，则规划按课时对学生做重点提示；同时，训练学生务必花时间自行查阅翻译研读，培养学生自主研习原文教材，提升自身英语阅读能力，进而获得举一反三、触类旁通以及融会贯通的学习效果和专业技能。 3. 本项双语教学课程的教学&授课重点，拟偏重于启发学生充分掌握已学习过多年的“普通物理”知识，与“微积分”和“工程力学”相关的数学解题技巧及专业词汇，並实际运用对“古典力学”的观念认知与常识理解。4.本项课程列为学期考试科目，授课计划中只安排一次期末闭卷考试，试题内容主要分为：专有名词解释、填充题、计算题和公式导证等，另依据授课的情况适量安排平时随堂测验並按规定计分，作为学生的部分平时成绩。5.本授课计划系依照教学周历安排授课进度，若遇法定节假日及学校相关活动而致停课，则应申请顺延补授课时。
