The Simple Future Tense 曲江区马坝中学 黄志妹 .The teaching material: The simple future tense is in Grade 8A U6 I m going to study computer science and Grade 8A U7 Will people have robots? The textbook designs lots of materials to improve the students abilities of listening,speaking,reading and writing.Its necessary to go over the book.Analysis of the students: Most of the students in the class are not interested in studying (not only English) ,just a few students can read and write in English .So it is very necessary to reduce the difficulty and make the class interesting.Teachingobjectives1.Knowledgeobjectives: (1) To review the simple future tense“ will+do”and“be going to +do”,(2) To enable the students tousethistensetomakepositivesentences,negativesentences,ask andanswerthe questions. 2.Abilityobjectives:(1) Todeveloptheabilityoflistening,speaking,readingandwriting.(2)Tousethesimplefuturetensetotalk abouttheirdailylife.3.Moralobjectives:(1)Toincreasestudentsinterestanddeveloptheself-confidencein speakingEnglish.(2) Tohelpstudentslearntocommunicatewithothersandworkin teams.Key pointanddifficultpoint1.Tobeabletousethestructureof the simplefuturetensewith“will do” and“be going to do”2.To makea occupational planning using the simple future tense (will do and be going to do).
