研究型大学论文：研究型大学开放教育资源建设的途径研究【中文摘要】21世纪是知识经济发展的时代,自主学习、终身学习成为社会发展的主要特征。自2001年美国麻省理工学院开放课件计划实施后,全球掀起了一场轰轰烈烈的开放教育资源运动,从而打破了国家、地区、学校之间资源壁垒,通过信息通讯技术人们可以不受时间和地域的限制,获得世界各地名校的教育资源,人们不再为高额的教育培训费发愁,同时有效地促进知识的传播和共享。研究型大学具有产出高水平科研成果、培养高层次精英人才和为社会服务的特点,加强研究型大学开放教育资源建设具有得天独厚的条件,同时又可以促进研究型大学自身的建设发展。论文分为五部分：第一部分是绪论,阐述了选题的背景、研究和研究意义；第二部分,概述了研究型大学及开放教育资源的内涵和特点,以及加强研究型大学开放教育资源建设的必要性的研究；第三部分,从开放教育资源的开发、使用和管理三个方面分析了开放教育资源建设,特别是研究型大学参与开放教育资源建设的现状及存在的主要问题；第四部分着重对研究型大学进行开放教育资源建设的开发途径、使用途径、管理途径等方面的研究；第五部分总结全文,展望开放教育资源发展的前景。论文主要采用的是文献法和网络数据搜集法,其研究成果对于加强我国研究型大学开放教育资源建设,促进研究型大学研发能力和社会服务能力的提高有重要的理论和现实意义。【英文摘要】The 21st century is the era of knowledge-based economy,the independent learning and lifelong learning has become main features of social development Sinces2001, the implementation of MIT open courseware,the movement of open educational resources raising in global, breaking up the resources barriers between country, region and school.The technologies of information and communication make people free from the constraints of time and geographical, and people can obtain the educational resources freely from worldwhile, It is no longer to worry the high fees for the trainer, meanwhile promoting the dissemination and sharing of knowledge.
