Read and write内容简析:这部分教学内容分为读、写两部分:第一部分要求学生借助图片阅读四段文字,完成Read and tick的活动;第二部分为个性化的书写活动,要求学生模仿例句画图并写出相应的句子。设计思路:这节课为本单元的第六课时,围绕这一单元的主题“At the farm”开展阅读训练,首先通过一首节奏明快的小诗复习What are these/those?的句型,让学生感知“远”和“近”的表达区别,再利用“一闪而过”的游戏巩固本单元的单词,引出农场中的动植物;在阅读指导中,通过“速读”找出相应信息,“扫读”圈出关键单词,“细读”理解文段拓展新知识,一步步循序渐进,使得学生充分理解课文,掌握阅读技巧,运用所学知识,能够通过重点词句进行农场的描述;最后,利用“设计农场”这一活动巩固重点句型“These/Those are” 综合运用本单元的知识进行书写及展示。教学目标:1.能够在图片的帮助下读懂短文,在语境中理解新词:garden , goat , eat的意思。2.能借助图片、运用速读和跳读等方法来理解文章意思。3.能以模仿的方式来初步感知句子升降调现象并正确朗读文章。4.能以小组合作的学习方式来运用语言,并能够在有意义的语境中仿写句子These/Those are.教学重点:1、巩固学习本单元的主要句型和词汇。2、培养学生的阅读能力,帮助学生正确规范地在有意义的语境中仿写句子These/Those are.教学难点:1.能够在有意义的语境中正确书写和运用These/Those are.2.能够会读并理解They love to eat carrots,及love to eat的运用。教学准备:教学VCD, PPT课件, 学生设计农场的图片教学过程:Step1: Warm up 1. Greetings. 2. Lets chant: What are these/ those? They are设计意图:通过诗歌复习巩固these和those的句型;同时活跃课堂气氛,使得学生快速进入英语学习的氛围。Step2: Pre-reading1. Game: Sharp eyes. (Review the words about the farm).2. Watch and say: These/ Those are.(Introduce the animals in the picture) 设计意图:通过游戏调动学生的积极性,活跃课堂气氛,同时复习以前学过的与本节课内容相关的动物和蔬菜的单词,为开展本节课的读写教学做好铺垫。Step3: While reading1.First readingT: My friend Mike likes to eat vegetables. Can you guess: Where is he? Read the text quickly and answer the question:Where is Mike now?Ss: He is at Mr MacDonalds farm.T: How do you know? Read the sentences please. T: OK! Lets get on the bus and go to the farm together.设计意图:快速扫读全文,找出其中一个关键点,培养学生带着问题进行阅读的习惯,同时对于整节课起了一个过渡性的作用。2.Second readingT: Look! This is Mr MacDonald. He has a farm. There are many vegetables and animals on the farm. What are they? Read the text again. Please find and circle the words of the vegetables and animals.a. Read and circle. Ask the students to read the words of the vegetables and animals.b. Read and tick (Finish the exercise on page 43) c. Read and judge.(1)These are potatoes and eggplants at the farm. ( )设计意图:通过细读课文,找出农场中出现的蔬菜和动物,并作出选择和判断,能够较好地帮助学生理解课文,同时,在判断题中让学生作出判断找出错误点并进行改正,也是对学生良好阅读习惯的培养。3.Third reading1.Lets know more about the farm.(1) Lets look at the pictures 1 and 2.a. (Teach the word “goat”, boatcoat-goat) They love to eat carrots.The goats love to eat carrots. Make sentences: The_love to eat_.设计意图:一段一段地进行课文分析,找出新单词及句型,进行看图说句子、选择正确意思、造句等口头练习,帮助学生理解并运用新单词及句型。2. Listen and repeat.3. Ask more questions about the farm, then answer. 设计意图:通过看图提问更多关于农场的问题并回答这一活动,发散学生的思维,综合运用所学知识。Step4: Post-readingLook and say.Mike took some pictures from the farm. He is showing pictures to Sarah. Can you introduce the farm instead of Mike?Hello, Sarah! This is Mr. MacDonalds farm. The farm is _. This is a vegetable garden. These are carrots, _ ,_ and_ .
