Greetings.2. Enjoy a song: Weather song课前播放歌曲,营造轻松的学习氛围,自然引出本堂课的主题。Step2: Presentation and Practice1. Introduce a new friend: Lisa.Hello, boys and girls. My name is Lisa. Im from London.Ask Ss two questions:Q1: Who is this girl?Q2: Where is she from? Lisa wants to travel to China. Show Ss a map of China and ask them to guess where she may go.Ss: Maybe she wants to go to 2. Learn “hot” Lisas first stop is Hong Kong. Its very hot in Hong Kong. Its (cold/ hot/ warm/ cool) in (Beijing/ Harbin/ Lhasa/ Hong Kong)通过Lisa想来中国玩创造情境,为新单词的学习创设相关语境。学习新词hot,同时通过对话表演和小组活动形式进行巩固。三年级上册学过cool,但意思与本课中的cool不一样,通过连线让学生感知到相同词汇的不同意思。通过呈现哈尔滨冰天雪地的图片引出单词cold。通过语境引出chant。在朗读chant的过程中cold这一单词进行进一步巩固,同时引出新词warm.结合图片让学生了解warm的意思。随后通过进一步朗读感知,找出warm单词中缺少的字母,加强对单词形的记忆。在巩固环节,weather report.通过图片表意,结合其他学过的词汇加强对词形的记忆。呈现四个城市的图片,巩固本课的功能句型和重点词汇,突破重难点。Step3: Consolidation and Extension1.
