First, lets watch a video about the weather, you can sing along.The teacher says, “ Its funny, do you like it? Hows the weather? means Whats the weather like?”.Show the picture and ask“Whats the weather like in Jinan today?” (【设计意图】：播放视频是为了让学生对本节课有大致了解，出示济南天气手机截图，用贴近生活的方式导入本课，让学生更熟悉更放松。）Step2.Presentation Show another picture of Beijing , ask the students, “Where is it?/Whats the weather like in Bejing?” （teach “windy”)Show the picture of Sydney, “Whats the weather like in Sydney?” the temperature is 20. Its hot and sunny.(teach “sunny and Sydney”.(【设计意图】:通过出示各个城市的图片，让学生由浅入深，逐步学习单词的同时了解各国人文信息，可拓展学生的知识面。师生对话也为之后学生之间的对话打基础。）Step 3.Practice“There is a world map, We have learned 5 cities, do you know where they are.” Show the cities on the map，then ask the students to work in pairs.4minutes later, the teacher asks the students to work in pairs according to the weather on the world map.The teacher gives a summary and show how the noun changes into the adjective.(【设计意图】:本环节通过世界地图完成对话练习，给学生创造实际情境，让学生尽可能的多说多练，为后面的拓展做准备。对词形变化做简单总结，通过动态图让学生进一步明确这些形容词的构成，以及跟名词之间的关系。引导学生养成及时总结的好习惯。）Step4.操练和拓展Lets have a rest and enjoy some pictures.(配乐）Show the pictures of Jinan, Sanya, and Harbin, and talk about the weather and what the people there have done. “Spring is coming. People go to see the ice sculpture, and make a snowman, they have to put on the hat and gloves.
