Unit 3 Weather Part B 教案滦平镇王家沟小学 王成华1教学目标 1. 语言知识目标: (1)能够听、说、认读词汇:sunny, windy, cloudy, snowy, rainy;21(2)能够在语境中正确运用这五个单词描述天气状况;(3)能够在语境中理解world,Sydney, London,Moscow, Singapore的意思并能正确发音。()j)(4)能够熟练询问或描述天气状况如:Whats the weather like in Sydney?Its hot and sunny.Today its hot and sunny in Sydney.2. 语言技能目标:学生能综合运用所学知识进行对话交流,表达不同的天气情况。 3. 学习策略目标: 新课标把“激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略,发展自主学习的能力和合作精神”放在首位。那么本节课学生在小组中,分工合作,进行自主学习、监督,纠错,互帮互助来提高英语语言综合运用能力。 21教育网4. 情感态度目标: 学生能够积极参与英语学习中,从故事主线中学习英语故事的小道理。 5. 文化意识目标: 学生能够对不同城市的天气进行了解,增长日常生活小知识。2学情分析 学生在三年级描述动物时学习过Its + adj.表达方式,对城市也有了些许了解,同时四年级的学生已具有初步的听,说,读,写能力以及培养了一些良好的英语学习习惯。课堂上,他们对游戏,竞赛,歌曲,动画等有趣的材料特别感兴趣,乐于学英语,说英语。21cnjy3重点难点 1. 教学重点: (1)能够听、说、认、读、写词汇:sunny, windy, cloudy, snowy, rainy, weather report; (2)能够用(Its + 形容词+in + 城市)描述不同的天气情况,做一个天气预报。 2. 教学难点: (1)能够准确把握几个天气词汇的发音 (2)能够做一个关于不同城市天气预报。4教学过程 Step1:Warmingup 1: Greetings and self-introduction: T: Hello! Boys and girls! Im Mrs Wang . Today Im your new English teacher. T: Nice to meet you. Ss: Nice to meet you , too. T: Im so happy to learn with you .Are you happy?Ss:Yes.T:OK,very good.Thank you!(加入手势语) Today we are going to learn something about the weather. (板书本课的标题: Unit3 Weather B Lets learn可以写成两行)T:Firstly, lets watch a video and review some words of the weather.(播放2遍天气预报的视频)Watch carefully,please. And think over one question: Whats the weather like in different cities?T: Do you know the answers? Whats the weather like in these cities? (板书这句话,like后留空白地) Lets repeat the weather together,and use this sentence:Its .in. (手势 动脑筋)Are you ready? Ss:Yes. T: OK, one ,two , lets go! T&Ss: Its cold in Harbin. Its warm in Beijing. Its cool in Lhasa. Its hot in Hong Kong.Step 2:Presentation T: In China, the weather is different in different places. What about the world weather? Look! This is a map of the world. Heres the world weather. 操练( weather , world weather , Heres the world weather. ) Now lets travel the world and look at the different weather in the world .1: learn sunnyT: Firstly, boys and girls , lets travel to Sydney. Look ,its Sydney. Sydney Sydney Before we go there ,we should know that Whats the weather like in Sydney ? Look at my hands ,(伸出一只手:Whats this? Ss: Its a sun. T:Yes, youre right. Do you have suns? Show me your suns,please.(等学生展示出许多太阳后,老师接着说:)Wow! So many suns ! Its sunny today.Today its hot and sunny in Sydney.T: Sunny ,sunny , (边教授单词,边用手势体现sunny T: Do what I do.)its hot and sunny in Sydney. 操练一排或两排T: Whats the weather like in Sydney? (老师边问边板书,在“ Whats the weather like .? ” 后面书写 in 加地点) Ss: Its hot and sunny in Sydney. T:Ask me ,please! (师生互相问)2.learn windy: T: OK,next ,lets go to Beijing. Whats the weather like in Beijing?T: 嘘!(手势)Boys and girls,please listen carefully ,(做出听的动作)Whats this sound ? (播放风声)Ss: Its wind. T: Oh, yes .A good answer . Look! Its wind. Can you sound like the wind? (老师边说边模仿风声,并要求学生:Lets do together,can you ? )T&Ss: Hu,hu, wind T: Youre clever. OK! Whats the weather like in Beijing ? Its windy .T: Windy, windy, its windy in Beijing.Ss: Windy, windy, its windy in Beijing.(操练几组)T: Oh ,yes,yes .Youre right. Hu,hu,windy , Lets act and say, OK? 3.Learn cloudyT:OK, lets travel again. Next, lets go to Singapore. Singapore is small but its very beautiful. Its as large as Beijing. Singapore., Singapore. Whats the weather like in Singapore? Look! (This is my umbrella . I have to take my umbrella. Because its cloudy in Singapore .) (通过动作演示出take “带着,拿着的”含义)或者用手势T: The sun is behind the clouds. Whats the weather like ? T: Cloud , cloudy, its cloudy in Singapore.Ss :Cloud cloudy. Boys:cloud Girls :cloudy Together:Its cloudy in Singapore.(操练单词可以玩大声小声的游戏,)4.learn rainy: T: Oh, lets go on our travel. We are in London now . London London Whats the weather like in London.? I have to open my umbrella ,because its rainy in London. Listen! (边说边做出打开雨伞的动作)或者还是听音辨别天气 T: Rain, rainy , its rainy, its rainy in London .(四人一组,逐个增加)操练几组,并且适当给予评价,可以是生生评价:Wonderful, wonderful, Im wonderful. 师生互问:Whats the weather like in London.? 还可以是前后桌依次提问:Ss: Its rainy. T: 5. learn snowy: T: Oh,Im a little tired. We have traveled to four cities, at last well go to Moscow. Moscow Moscow Whats the weather like in Moscow? Look! They are my gloves and my scarf. I want to wear them,because its cold and snowy in Moscow . T: Listen and repeat. (开火车:一生问,一生答; 由师到生,由生到师,两人一组) (小组优生带差生学习) (一生问,其他生答) 6. Watch the video of Lets learn.(听音,正音,跟读)T: 在观看视频之前,老师领读新学的词汇和句型,OK, class,lets repeat the new words and sentences.Please read after me. Are you all ready? Please watch the pictures of the cities carefully, and talk about the weather in your groups .Next ,match the cities with the weather ,please!
