Unit 12 What did you do last weekend?Section A (1a-2c)教学内容:人教2011课标版七年级下册 Unit 12 Section A教学目标: (1) 知识与技能:1)能掌握以下单词及短语: camp, lake, beach, badminton, as, did my homework, went to the cinema, went boating, played badminton等等;能掌握以下句型,并在实际情境中运用:What did you do last weekend, Lucy?Well, on Saturday morning, I played badminton. How was your weekend? Great, thanks I worked as a guide at the Natural History Museum. How interesting! 2) 能了解以下语法:learn to talk about recent past events.(2)过程与方法: 通过创设情境、小组合作、交流讨论等过程,让学生在实际情景中运用英语语言进行交流。(3)情感态度价值观:1).培养学生的合作能力与合作意识,学会小组合作学习。2).通过讲述美好的周末,培养学生热爱生活,热爱美好的大自然情感。教学重难点:(1)教学重点:1) 掌握重点词汇与重点句型,并在实际情景中运用;.2) 运用有关句型谈论过去发生的事情。(2)教学难点:1) 谈论过去发生的事情2) 培养学生的听力能力和阅读技巧。.教学过程:Step 1. Warming-up and revision T shares the events of her last weekend to lead in the topic of past events. Then ask Ss to tell some things they did last weekend ,such as cleaned my house, watched TV , played football, etc. Step 2. Presentation1. Introduce the key vocabulary.(1) Show the pictures and ask students to tell what they see. (2) Name each activity and ask students to repeat: did my homework, went to the cinema, went boating, camped by the lake, went to the beach, played badminton.(3) Then ask students to match each activity with one of the pictures. (4) Check the answers.2. Tasks of the section(1) Work on 1b a) Point to the activities in the picture and ask students to tell what the person did in each picture. b) Play the recording the first time. Students only listen.c) Play the recording a second time. Ss finish the task by themselves.d) Correct the answers.(2)Work on 1c Students work in pairs. And ask some Ss to perform in front of the class in pairs(3) Work on 2aa) Play the recording the first time. Students only listen.b) Play the recording a second time. This time, ask students to underline each word that is said on the tape. c) T and Ss check the answers .(4) Work on 2b a) Play the recording the first time. ( T emphasizes some listening skills before listening).b) Play the recording again. Ask students to finish the task.c) Check the answers. Step 3. Pracitce 2c. Pair work.(1) Point to the example conversation. Ask two students to read the dialogue to the class. (2) Student work in pairs, asking questions about what, who or where. And then perform in class.Step 4. Homework: 1. Read the new words and copy them twice.2.
