A healthy lifestyle should cover these two parts. On the one hand, we should have a good habit to keep early hours and never stay up late. Besides, a balanced diet is also important to keep fit. Too much fat, salt or sugar will cause damage to our organs. In addition, sports play an important role in keeping fit. A proper amount of sports can accelerate the metabolism of human body and strengthen the immune system. On the other hand, we need to have an optimistic attitude toward our lives. Worry, anger or high pressure may cause endocrine disorder of our body and further, lead to a sub-healthy state. The sub-health state will indirectly lead to all kinds of deceases by reducing immunity. Nowadays, many young people prefer not to pay enough attention on their health, but we shall remember that we cant do anything without health. Therefore, its very important to live on a healthy lifestyle.2.In my opinion, the only job for students is to study. So firstly, we should make ourselves aware of this fact and remind us constantly. Secondly, we can make a schedule to make the study tasks more concrete. Sometimes, we will face a dilemma that we want to learn something but dont know where to start. Then due to some reasons, we prefer to put off the plan. And there is also sometime we just want to have a break, so we turn on the cell phones or computers and forget the time. Thats why we need a schedule to take fully control of our time. Besides, never turn on the digital devices before jobs done. Finally, we can use a particular classroom rather than dorms to begin our study. By this way, we can get rid of most of attractions disturbing our study and there is a implementation to ourselves to step into study mode when we reach the particular classroom. After that, open the books, take some notes and enjoy the harvest of study.3. My favorite athlete is Tom Brady. He is a football player and works for New England Patriots. He is a legendary Quarterback in NFL history. By now, he has won 3 super bowl MVPs and led his team win 5 champion trophies. Generally, most athletes will retire at 30-35 years old, especially in sports need excellent physical quality like football. But Tom is 41years old now, he is still the core player of team. Im looking forward to witnessing his perfect performence this year.4. In my opinion, euthanasia should be legal but not now. Actually, the right of choice is a part of the basic human rights. After all, choosing to die benefits those who have incurable diseases. Patients choose to die in peace rather than keep suffering endless pain. Family members represent patients who are impossible to wake up to choose to die in peace to decrease the heavy economic burdens. These are far more helpful to patients and their families than we had thought. Besides, in some countries, euthanasia rather than traditional ways is used in execution of death penalty. The high cost makes judges think twice before they make final sentences. This avoids the abuse of laws in some extend. For these reasons euthanasia should be legal. However, we must notice the facts that, there will be potential murder hide behind the benefits of euthanasia. We can hardily know whether it is the patients wish to die under the current supervision system. And it is extraordinary dangerous some illegal parties acquire the materials of it. Since there is no complete regulation yet, its not a proper time to let euthanasia be legal at this very moment.5. In my opinion, specialized knowledge is more important. In recent years, there are more and more graduate students entering the job market. Its getting harder to find a good job if we dont have special knowledge in our major field. Besides, special knowledge makes us familiar with our future job and we can adapt to it soon and make some achievements earlier. Finally, the procedure of learning some special knowledge is good for getting a further concept of the structure of a field. It is important for a practitioner to follow the overall structure and make plans for the future. However, this doesnt mean wide range of learning is useless. We still need a wide range knowledge to have a thorough acknowledge of the development of our society and keep adjusting our positions and special knowledge to face the changes.6. Although it is not obvious, sexual discrimination can be seen everywhere in job market. We can see male candidates are preferred more by employers than female candidates even if they both meet the requirements. Besides, we can see the average salary of female employees are much lower than male while there are very few female staff in high poisons. In the past time, the main method to support a family is physical labor. Due to the nature, women became a disadvantaged group. As time goes by, mental job broke the wall that keep women from working. However, the society hasnt become that open as its supposed to be. Traditions still control the majority to hold that women just need to take care of their families rather than have any achievement in careers. 7. Mrs. Sommers is a typical household woman trapped in her home. She calculates every cent carefully and spend them on places in need to run the bad off family. All she concerns is to take care of her family except herself. She sacrifices everything to make her husband and children to live in comfort. She is absolutely a good mother and meanwhile, she is just a normal person with her own needs. The windfall acted like a key, made her loose the repressive needs and dreams to enjoy her life. We shouldnt blame her for selfish, instead, we should blame the unfair traditions to treat women like machines, to press their needs and keep them working in their homes like birds. 8. Nowadays many foreign cultural products have been brought into China, especially some films and books. There may carry some different values and attitudes beside entertainment. Actually, it broadens the horizon of people and make them aware there are something different happening some where else in the world. Besides, they bring some better ideas or lifestyles suitable for modern society to people. It indeed makes our country a bit more comprehensive and ordered. However, foreign culture has made a culture shock with our traditional culture. Many young people prefer to abandon all the traditions and accept everything in foreign culture unconditionally. They would like to only celebrate foreign festivities and become too self-centered without a proper guide. It will lead to a great loss for those precious traditions and makes bad morality popular. 9. In my opinion, Mortenson is a hero although he may not act like what he says. The standard we judge a person is a hero or not shouldnt only focus on what he has done, it should be based on the impact he creates. Even if Mortenson may not suffer those disasters, he may use those charities to gain profits, his book indeed recovered the misery of people living in Mideast and woke up peoples sympathy. We can
