Unit 7 Its raining Section A 1a-1c年级：七年级 教材：人教版 课型：新课 执教者：季小方 1、 教材分析 本单元处于教材的中间单元，上一单元学习了现在进行时态，本单元以天气为话题继续巩固进行时态，重点是学习对天气的描述和How与what引导的特殊疑问句。本课Section A 1a-1c主要学习表达天气的词汇和讨论天气的句型，训练学生的听说读写能力，锻炼学生绘画的连贯性和生活语言交际能力。这一课时也为本单元后面的课程学习做了铺垫，让学生知道在使用进行时态的过程中也要会运用环境的烘托，天气的变化。2、 学情分析 学生们在上月单元已经学习了进行时态，对现在进行时已经有初步了学习，这一课所学的表达的天气的词汇和他们的已有词汇量如 rain、cloud和sun等息息相关，这些都是他们小学的时候学过的词汇，所以学生们接受起来比较容易，讨论天气的句型也比较容易接受，上课的过程中全班都可以参与进来。三教学目标 1. 语言知识目标： 1) 能掌握以下单词： rain, windy, cloudy, sunny, snow, weather, 能掌握以下句型： Hows the weather in Beijing? Its sunny. 2）能用所学的知识描述天气情况。 2.过程与方法：培养学生预习的习惯，培养学生独立思考和相互讨论合作的学习习惯。3.情感态度价值观目标： 教育学生善于观察每天的天气，善于调整自己的情绪；了解世界各地的天气情况，增加世界观念。知道大自然的力量是神奇而伟大的，我们应当好好学习，立志学好科学知识，为长大后探索神奇的大自然，打好基础。 四、教学重点难点1. 教学重点： 1) The vocabulary and useful expressions. 2) Hows the weather? Pair works六.教学过程第一课时Step 1. warming-up and leading in First do some warming up and divide students into group A and group B. Then the teacher asks students what English people like talking about in their daily life. Students answer in Chinese. And the teacher leads in the topic weather.Step 2. Learning new wordsShow some pictures to teach new words：weather,rainy,cloudy,windy,snowy and sunny.学法分析：朗读法，联想法。用学生的已学单词来联系到新学单词，运用了记忆单词的联想法，然后让学生跟读单词，用了朗读法。Step 3. Presentation Present all the new words and let students follow teacher to chant. Have students chant by themselves.Give them a video named weather song to enjoy. Stop the video after two lyrics and write the sentence structures “Hows the weather? Its Sunny” on the black board. Let students be familiar with the structure. Go on to enjoy the video and encourage students to sing with the song. After the video, let students try to sing the easy song with clapping their hand to the music rhythms. 学法分析：说唱法。把新的单词编成说唱的歌曲，有节奏的朗读。视频导入新学习的句型，句型比较容易接受，歌曲也比较容易学会，让学生跟着视频唱天气歌，享受歌曲的同时也能巩固句型。Step 4. Pair works Show four pictures to students. Have them practice the structure with their partners. And ask 3 groups to show their conversations.学法分析：合作讨论法。Step 5. Guess Game Organize students to play a game .The teacher takes five cards . Each card has a word on it, like sunny, cloudy. Have students work in pairs to think about how to use body languages to act the word. Others guess the word.学法分析：联想法，合作讨论法。让学生想像如何用肢体语言和其他语言描述单词，让其他学生来猜测是什么天气，这个游戏既锻炼了学生的合作能力，又让他们反复的练习单词和句型。Step 6. 1a 1b and 1c Let students finish the task on the books. And check the answers. 学法分析：独立思考法。完成课本上的任务，让学生独立思考完成。Step 7. Weather reporters Show First teacher introduce the work weather reporter. And then the teacher acts as a weather reporter. According to the example, students can make a weather report. The teacher gives information.
