PISReference Manuals:Works Instruction No.Reference Forms:Not applicable.SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:DO NOT DISCONNECT DOOR SENSOR CABLE WITH POWER ON AND TAKE CARE NOT TO DAMAGE THE CABLE WHEN CARRYING OUT MAINTENANCE WORK.Down Time:0.08 hourTeam Size:1 personProcedure:Unfasten the Quarter-turn BoltCheck the 3 kinds of failure as follows;1 Check the Power Fail2 Check the status of CPU Board circuit3 Check the assemblyIn case of Power fail1 Check the yellow LED (D71) on FSM#2 CPU & LED DRIVE B/D is ON2 In case of OFF of the yellow LED, check the follows;(a) Measure the voltage from the vehicle is 240 V AC at the power connector, pin A and B(b) Check the voltage of internal power supply and also the failure power supply device, 5V power module: 121-792-991(c) Check the status of the connector pin on the board is failure (marking: CN3-2PIN)Check the status of CPU Board circuitIf the red LED (D64) at the left side on FSM#2 cpu and LED drive board is flashing or off, it is operating the detection circuit of the watch dog error. Therefore, the logic is the abnormal status on board. If the board is not return to normal even though push the reset switch, it should be replaced the CPU Board.If the red LED (D64) is ON but not flash the green LED (D68), it is not received the communication data Red LED (D64), check the data from TMS on the data connector, pin A and B using the analogue tester. Set the voltage range with 2.5 V DC of analogue tester and connect the probe to the pin A and B.
