八段锦论文：八段锦运动对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的观察研究【中文摘要】指导伴有并发症合并症的2型糖尿病患者进行特色八段锦运动,观察运动前后受试者血糖值的变化,探讨八段锦运动对糖尿病患者的控糖效果,以期为2型糖尿病患者提供一种居家运动的新方法。方法选取南京军区福州总医院糖尿病治疗教育管理中心伴有并发症合并症的2型糖尿病患者60名,进行八段锦运动6个月,观察运动前后血糖等指标变化情况。用3周时间对受试者进行八段锦运动的培训和考核,考核合格后正式实施八段锦运动。选取每周一至周五早餐后1小时在指定地点运动,每次40分钟,共锻炼6个月。运动期间受试者自觉遵守糖尿病饮食治疗原则和用药,停止其他相关运动锻炼,监测运动前后糖化血红蛋白和每周日一天血糖值,并记录受试者生活日记和特殊情况,观察和分析运动对2型糖尿病患者血糖变化的影响。结果受试者实施八段锦运动后1个月、3个月、6个月糖化血红蛋白值(HbA1c)与运动前相比显著下降(p0.05)。结论较长时间的八段锦运动可逐渐降低2型糖尿病患者日内各时间点的血糖,且各点血糖下降时间不同,同时也可逐渐降低糖化血红蛋白,极大提高了2型糖尿病患者整体的血糖控制水平；也为伴有并发症/合并症的2型糖尿病患者提供一种安全控糖的居家运动新方法。【英文摘要】To provide a new exercise that can do at home for type 2 diabetes with complicatio or comorbidity.observing the trend of glucose of type 2 diabetes patients with complication o comorbidity who do baduanjin exercise and investigating the effectiveness of ba duan jin.Methods 60 type 2 diabetic patients with complication or comorbidity collected form Fuzho General Hospital of PLA Nan Jing Military Area Command were recruited in this clinical trail.They d baduanjin 6 months.and blood glucose were monitored before and after the exercise.Before th trail,all subjects studied ba duan jin for 3 weeks and received a test, only the people who passe the test attend the trail. All patients insisted on performing ba duan jin 40minutes form Monday t Friday 1 hour after breakfast for 6 months.In this duration, all the subjects should have meal under strict dietary standards of diabetes, and medication not change during the trail, importantl must not do other exercises. Glycosylated hemoglobin AlC(HbAlc) were tested before and afte the trial; glucose (fasting blood glucose, blood glucose after breakfast, blood glucose after lunch blood glucose after supper,and blood glucose before bedtime) were monitored ever Sunday.During the trial all subjects should record life diary and special things,the effects o exercise on blood glucose were observed and analysised.ResultsAfter 6 months exercise,glycated haemoglobin smoothly descended during the exercise compare with glycated haemoglobin at baseline. lmonth,3month and 6month after exercis respectively decreased(p0.05),only slightly reduced tendency.ConclusionsLong term baduanjin exercise gradually decreased the different points blood glucose at different times,decreased the glycated haemoglobin of type 2 diabetes,improving overall blood glucose control.
