AS/NZS 2589:2007 SECTION 2 MATERIALS 第二部分 材料2.1 GENERAL 2.1总则This Section sets out requirements for the materials used in common gypsum wall and ceiling lining systems. The materials shall be fit for the intended use. 就普通的石膏墙面和天花板系列材料而言,这个部分提出了一些要求。2.2 GYPSUM PLASTERBOARD LINING 2.2石膏板Gypsum plasterboard linings shall comply with AS/NZS 2588. 石膏板应该和AS/NZS标准一致。2.3 FIBRE-REINFORCED GYPSUM LINING 2.3纤维加固石膏板A sheet lining material composed of gypsum plaster and fibre reinforcement forming a stiff body, one surface of which is smooth and suitable for decoration. 一块板状材料由石膏板和纤维强化硬体组成,其中一个表面是光滑和适合装饰的。NOTE: For manufacturing guidance, refer to the Code of Practice issued by the Fibrous Plaster Council of Australia and New Zealand. 注意:就相关参考指南,请参考澳大利亚和新西兰纤维石膏委员会的执行惯例。2.3 GYPSUM CORNICE 2.3石膏檐口Paper-faced or fibre-reinforced non-load-bearing ornamental gypsum plaster shapes for architectural embellishment of wall and ceiling junctions. 纸张饰面或者无负荷纤维加强石膏成形的作用在墙面和天花板的收边条处。2.4 FRAMING SUBSTRATES 2.4成行Gypsum linings require a relatively stable substrate at the time of installation in order to minimize in-service surface defects.在安装的时候,为了减少作用于表面的缺陷,石膏板需要一个相对而言比较稳定的底层。 Where adhesion of gypsum linings is required, surfaces shall be free of oil, grease, dust and other foreign materials detrimental to the adhesive bond. Where surface treatments are required, which may adversely affect bond performance, such performance shall be verified by testing in accordance with AS 2753. 在需要石膏板支持的地方,石膏板表层应该是无油渍、灰尘和其它会给胶粘带带来污染的其它外来物质。在与AS2753标准相符的情况下,一些需要处理的地方而反过来影响到性能的表面操作有待通过测试来得以证实。2.6 TIMBER FRAMING 2.6木箱2.6.1 General 2.6.1总则Timber framing to which gypsum lining is fixed shall comply with the following: 一个木箱的石膏板的安装应该与以下细项保持一致:(a) For AustraliaAS 1684.1, AS 1684.2, AS 1684.3, AS 1684.4, AS 1720.1, AS 1720.2 or the BCA. (b)对于新西兰,应该与NZS 3602, NZS 3603 or NZS 3604标准保持一致。The substrate members that are to support a joint (parallel to the member such as required for butt joints) shall have a minimum nominal fixing face width of 35 mm. This is to facilitate the fixing of board linings. The moisture content of timber framing shall be measured as described in Appendix A. 在安装石膏板的时候,木箱最大的湿度应该是18%。木箱的湿度应该按照附录A来测量。NOTES: 1 The permissible moisture content is specified on the basis that 90% of pieces should be below the specified limit with the remainder within a further 2% moisture content. 2 The requirement of the Clause reflects the requirements for an intermittently heated building such as from open fires or electrical heaters in residential dwellings. NZS 3602 provides recommendations and requirements for situations such as where airconditioned or centrally heated installations are planned, where a lower timber framing moisture content range at the time of installation of linings should be contemplated (8% to 14%). This is to facilitate the fixing of board linings. Where adhesive is used, all other substrate members shall be not less than 30 mm (see Figure 2.6.1). 支持胶缝的底层部分(如按需求平行于大的胶缝)应该有一个最小的固定面宽32mm用来螺丝安装,目的在于加固内板并且胶粘会使用到胶粘。其它的物质的底层不应该低于30mm(请参考图形2.6.1)(b) The maximum deviation in the plane of the fixing face between the edge and the area on the face where the fastener penetrates shall be no more than 0.75 mm (see Figure 2.7.2). (b)对于新西兰。是按照NZS4299.2.9 FASTENERS 2.9钉子2.9.1 Screws 2.9.1螺丝Screws shall comply with AS 3566 and be a minimum Class 1 finish, and compatible with the substrate. The length and size shall be as given in Table 2.9.1. Nails shall be compatible with the substrate. Nail lengths shall be as given in Table 2.9.2. When tested in accordance with AS 2331.3.1, any corrosion-resistant finish shall protect the base material for not less than 72 h. Flanges shall be free from dirt or other materials that may affect the bond of the joint treatment. 沿珠和边沿应该是来自已镀锌的钢和其它的适当的物质。当按照AS2331.3.1标准来检测时,任意的抗腐蚀的漆面保护底层材料的时间应该高于72小时。NOTE: Additional corrosion protection may be required when fixing to some treated timbers or where harsh environmental conditions prevail.当一些经加工过的或者在一些环境恶劣的地方,额外的熔焊保护是必要的。2.10 JOINT REINFORCING TAPES AND CEMENTS FOR FINISHING 2.10缝合强化胶粘和水泥漆面Joint reinforcing tapes and cements shall comply with ASTM C475 (excluding Clause 9.2).
