OK, after introducing our judges, now lets go over the rules of the competition.B:好的，介绍完我们的评委之后，让我们来看看今天比赛规则吧。A: First,each of the contestants has 4 minutes to present a prepared speech. During the prepared speech, our staff will ring the bell as a signal that there is half a minute left. When the bell ringing for the second time, the time is up. B:首先，每位选手要进行4分钟的命题演讲，在命题演讲环节，在选手的演讲时间还剩下半分钟的时候，我们的工作人员会以响铃作为提示。当第二次响铃时，则说明时间到。A: The second is the question time for the judges.And the last is impromptu speech. In the last part, the player should choose one from 13 pictures for an impromptu speech.
