Unit 6 Do you like bananas?Section A 1a-2c【教学内容与分析】1.教学内容本单元的核心项目是“喜欢和不喜欢”(likes and dislike)。围绕着这一中心项目,课文中设计了各种食物及水果的插图和不同形式的表格,让学生进行听、说、读、写等各种教学活动。通过本单元的教学,使学生学会询问对方与了解别人喜欢与不喜欢的食物,学会谈论自己与他人早、中、晚餐喜爱吃的食物,为其今后能在交际中恰当地表达自己的情感,并灵活运用已经学过的常用功能项目,进一步学习并掌握新的语言功能,奠定了坚实的基础。2教学目标1) 知识目标: A. 学习掌握一般现在时;B. 学习掌握一些食物的词汇;C. 学习掌握名词复数; 2)能力目标: A. 能表达简单的情感和感觉。(喜欢和不喜欢)B. 能根据具体情景对话,与他人沟通信息,合作完成任务。C. 通过学生听、说、读、写四项技能的训练,促进学生语言运用能力的提高。3)情感目标: A. 通过学习异国食品,促使学生了解尊重异国生活方式与文化,体现国际合作精神。B. 能过开展小组活动,指导学生积极与他人合作相互帮助,培养其合作精神。【教学重、难点分析】1. 重点: A. 以“like”为例的一般现在时的各种句式及一般疑问句的肯定、否定回答。B. 关于各种食物的词汇。C. 名词复数的使用。 2难点: 可数名词不可数名词的区别和用法 【教学设计】Step One: New words.1. Present the new words.T: Do you like different kinds of food?S: Yes./Of courseT: Lets see some delicious food.T: Look! (Show a picture of a banana )T: Its a banana. 香蕉. Read after me, “banana.” B-A-N-A-N-A,banana.Ss: B-A-N-A-N-A, banana.T: Whats this?Ss: Its a tomato.西红柿.(Then look at some pictures and teach the other fruit words in the same way such as pear, salad, hamburger, ice-cream, milk, bread, strawberry ) T: Lets read the new words together. S: banana香蕉,tomato西红柿, pear梨, salad沙拉, hamburger汉堡, ice-cream 冰淇淋, milk牛奶, bread 面包,strawberry草莓2. Practice all the new words.T: Now lets check the new words. Look at the Chinese meaning and write down the English words.S: pear, salad, hamburger, ice-cream, milk, bread, strawberry, banana, tomato.T: Good! You have known all the new words.Step Two: Grammar.1. Present the changes of plural forms.T: Look at the pictures. What are these? (Show a picture) S: They are bananas. They are three bananas.T: And what are these? (Show another picture)S: They are tomatos. Three tomatoes.T: Look at the Picture Three, they are strawberries. One ,two, they are two strawberries.T: Look at the three changes of the plural forms, are they the same? Of course not. Do you know why? Please look at the rules together. (Show a chart to ask the students to see.)规则变化构成形式单数复数一般在词尾加sbookbooks词尾为s, x, ch, sh加esclassboxwatchclassesboxeswatches以辅音字母+y结尾的变y为i再加esstrawberrystrawberries以字母o结尾的名词,无生命的加-s,有生命的加-esphoto radiotomatophotosradiostomatoes(Try to explain it for the students.)2. Practice the grammar.T: Now I have so many words. Can you change them into plural forms?Words: family, dictionary, watch, key, photo, tomato, strawberry, boy, banana, pear, friend (Give each student a word card and a chart to fill in. The students write down the answers. Present countable nouns and uncountable nouns.T: Look at the two pictures. (Show two pictures). In Picture 1, we can say three bananas,we call them countable nouns. But in Picture 2, can we say a milk? S: No!T: We cant count it. So we call them uncountable nouns. Can you follow me?S: Yes!T: Now lets work in pairs. Ask and anwser with the drills: Do you like? Yes, I do. No, I dont. For example, do you like bananas? Yes, I do. Do you like milk?
