Unit 1 Public signs(第 1 课时 总第 1个教案)Teaching targets:1.学习新单词:always, question, ask, must, away, should, cage, noise2.学习句型: What does it mean? It means we/you must/should/shouldnt3. 初步运用新语言知识表达身边常见的公共标志的名称和意义。4.引导学生围绕“公共标志”这个话题展开各项活动,在活动中提高英语表达能力。Key points of teaching and teaching difficulty:1.能正确地理解、掌握对话内容,并能朗读、初步表演对话。2.能比较流畅的朗读对话,并在掌握对话的基础上,运用本课所学语言与朋友交流公共场合标志的意义。教具准备:图片、录音机、磁带【教学过程】Step1. Preparation1.Enjoy a song The signs in the park T: There are some signs in the song. Look, here are some other signs. Where can you see them?(多媒体呈现一些公共标志) S: We can see this one in the library. We can see this one in the hospital.T: We can see them in the public places. So theyre public signs.揭题:Unit 1 Public signsStep2. Presentation1. T shows some signs. 2. Watch the cartoon carefully. Task 1: Choose the signs they talk about.Task 2: Put the signs in right places. T: Look, theres a sign on the birds cage. Theres a sign on the wall. Theres a sign on the grass.3. Read quietly. T: You should read the text quietly and try to ask some questions according to the text. 学生默读左半篇课文 (默读完毕后老师邀请学生提问,学生提出一些问题:What day is it today? Where are Ben and Jack? Where is the sign? What does it mean?等,然后由学生从文中找出相关答案进行回答) 同法处理右半篇课文 教师在学生提问的过程中,就本课中的关键内容进行随机板书:What does this sign mean? It means What should we do? We must/shouldnt教师适当领读;must和should的用法,可让先学的同学进行讲解,教师给予补充。4. Read loudly. Ss read the whole passage loudly with the questions on the blackboard and try to underline the answers in the book. 教师将课文分成三段,依次处理课文。先让学生回答黑板上板书的两个关键问题,学生在文中找出相关答案,教师用多媒体呈现并用红线划出。问答完毕后,学生跟读录音。T: What does the sign mean? S1: It means Danger!(多媒体呈现用红线划出Danger!)T: What should we do? S2: We must stay away from the building. T: Good. Follow me. Ss: (Read.)T: Now read after the tape. (多媒体呈现朗读要求:Please pay attention to the intonation and pronunciation.)Ss: (Read after the tape.)(同法处理第二、三段) 梳理完毕后,教师要求学生利用黑板上的板书提示以及课文内容进行问答练习。 T: Now try to ask and answer, using the sentences on the blackboard. Read after the tape and try to pay attention the pronunciation. 在跟读的过程中让他们圈出句子的关键词。(人物、动作、某物等等)Step4: Production1.Do the exercise 2.Act the sentences 在他们排好序以后,让学生在小组中谈论合作,每一个同学说一个句子然后表演这个对话。Homework
