PEP4 UNIT 6 At a Farm A Lets learn Lets do 教学内容 PEP 4 Unit 6 A Lets learn Lets do一、教学材料:PEP小学英语Book4 Unit6 Part A Lets learn ,Lets do and Lets play二、教材分析:本节课的重点和难点是学习农场上常见的牲畜以及如何进行语言的交流。三、学生分析:本班学生大部分学生能端正学习态度,课堂上能专心听讲,积极思考,大胆回答问题。个别学生的学习兴趣较浓,课内外都善于用英语交际,能够养成良好的学习习惯。由于英语教材极具特色,趣味性强,所以大部分同学能够积极参与,愉快地学习。四、教学设计思想 本班大部分学生课堂积极活跃,善于动脑筋、动口,表现欲望强烈。根据本课的特点,从培养学生的语言能力入手,鼓励学生学会询问农场牲畜的句型。激起学生使用英语进行简单交际的欲望。通过group discussion等活动激发学生学习积极性;通过层层深入的学习活动,帮助学生利用已获的知识,合理地整合新旧语言材料,培养学生的思维与使用英语的能力。五、教学预期: 1. 知识目标:(1)、能够听、说、认读本课时的主要单词:sheep,hen,cow,horse,goat,lamb(2)、能够听懂、会说句型:What are they? They are Are they?Yes,they are.或No,they arent.(3)、听懂指示语,并按要求做出相应的动作,如: Milk a cow. Feed the hens. Ride a horse. Shear a sheep. Hold a lamb.能力目标:能够综合运用单词和句型:What are they? They areAre they?Yes,they are.或No,they arent.进行英语对话交流。2. 情感、文化、策略等有关目标:(1) 情感态度:能以得体的方式与人交际;询问名称和数量(2) 学习策略:积极运用所学英语主动询问、合作、沟通六、教学重点:(1)新单词的发音,特别是horse和lamb (2)能综合运用单词和句型:What are they? They areAre they?Yes,they are.或No,they arent.进行英语对话交流。七、教学难点:新单词单复数形式与句型的结合使用八、教学准备:课件、动物卡片(单复数各一套)教学目标1.能听说、认读本课时的主要动物单词:hen, sheep, cow, horse, goat, lamb及其复数形式。.2.能听懂与农场有关的简单的指令,并做出相应的动作。 3.能听说、认读重点句型What are they?They are并能在在实际情境中运用。4.培养学生热爱动物,热爱劳动的情感。教学重难点重点 能够听说、能够听说、认读主要的6个动物名词,并能使用重点句型What are they?They are做出正确的问答。难点 1.单词lamb、horse的正确发音。2.主要动物单词sheep, hen ,horse, goat, lamb, cow复数形式的认读。3.掌握What are they?They are句型在实际情境中使用。教具 课件、录音机、磁带、动物图片,白纸 教学步骤 设计意图Step I Warm-up / lead-inGuessing gameT: Today Amy and Mike are at the farm. (播放猫的叫声)Ss: Its a cat.(再出现一只猫)T: Look! One cat, two cats, they are cats. (板书They are cats.)以类似的方法进行活动Step II Presentation and Practice1.教学单词hen 和复数形式hensa. 播放一只母鸡的叫声 呈现单词 hen T: Whats this?Ss: Its a hen.(把一只母鸡的图片贴在空白的农场的图片上)(出示同音素的单词 pen, ten, leg, desk, 进行操练)/e/ /e/ pen /e/ /e/ henb. 呈现hens (教师拿出一张母鸡的图片)T: Whats this?Ss: Its a hen.(把图片贴到农场的图片上)T: Look! They eat grass, but produce milk.We milk the cow, then we can get the milk.Milk the cow.(师生边说边做动作)3.教学单词lamb和复数形式lambsa.呈现小羊的叫声 呈现单词lambT: Whats this?Ss: Its a lamb. They are cute. They are small.c. Lets say Lambs, lambs, they are lambs.4.呈现句型:What are they? Game: What are they?通过一闪而过的图片或者动物的声音等进行呈现,学生齐说What, what, what are they? T: What are they?S1: They are lambs.(出现图片)T: what are they?Ss: They are lambs.5.教学单词sheep和复数形式sheepa. 呈现单词T: Look! They are lambs.He is a boy. She is a girl. Everyday they eat grass. Then they become bigger and bigger. (用图片和动作来解释小羊长大的过程) The boy became a father sheep.The girl became a mother sheep.(出示sheep的图片)It is a baby lamb. Shear a sheep, ka, ka, ka.Shear a sheep, ca, ca, ca.(师生边说边做)6.教学单词 goat 和复数形式goats a.呈现单词 (出示一张goat 的两个角)T: Look! Whats this?Ss: Its a sheep.T: No! Its not a sheep. Its a goat.( 出示sheep 的图片,与之进行对比) b.操练单词: 出示有相同音素的单词boat, coat 进行操练 c. 出示多只goat的图片并贴在农场图片之上 T:What are they? Ss:They are goats.(注意goats 的发音) T: They are goats. They are big. They are white.T: How many goats can you see?Ss: I can see goats.d. goat, sheep, lamb 的比较The lamb is small, the sheep is _big_ .The lamb is short, the sheep is _tall_.They have a friend, it is a _goat_.7.教学单词horse 和horsesa.通过马尾呈现 horseb.教学单词:注意or的发音c.操练:T: What color is it?S: Its brown. Game: magic eyesc. Lets do 先看相关的录像再进行跟做,边说边做。d.Game: whats missing?Step III Consolidation1. . Lets trya.两人为一组,进行对话训练,教师可与一个学生先做示范 A: What are they? B: They are cows. They are big. B: I can see two cows.b.表演对话Step IV homeworka. 向家长说一说今天所学的动物名称的英语说法。b. 设计一个自己的农场并把它介绍给自己的朋友。 创设情境,以游戏作为热身运动,既可复习所学过的单词,同时又可以调动学生的学习情绪,让他们马上集中精神进入课堂。以声音来刺激学生的感官,加深他们的印象。通过pen等与hen 有相同音素的对比教学可以加深对学生音素的渗透,也可使新单
