Communication competence.5、Moral goals When you lose something or find something , you should put up a notice or take it to a Lost and Found office.Teaching procedure: Step1. Warming- up and revisionAccroding to the power point,review the names of some personal things weve learned.Step2. Presentation1. Let students say the school things they know.2. Write the things you lose easily.3. When you lose something or find something ,what will you do ? Have you ever put up a notice?4. Here are four notices on the board. Read the notices and circle the lost things. 5.Explian the usages of some English words.Step3. Listening and Reading1.Listen to the notices on the board. 2.Listen again and answer these questions.3.Let some Ss say the answers and check these questions.4.Read the notices again and write down the items. Then check () Lost or Found. 5. Check the answers with the class.Step4. Consolidation and SayingPick up some school things from the students desk and ask about them. Let other students answer the questions. Let students make conversations and practice in groups.Step5.Writing How to write “Lost”and “Found”. If we write “Lost”, we should write the thing,the persons name,telephone number,we can also put a picture of the thing on it. If we write “Found”,we should write the thing,telephone number,the people who the owner should call. we can also put a picture of the thing on it.Step6. Exercises and Homework1.Do some English exercises and then check the answers together if you have enough time.2. Write bulletin board messages. 3.Remember the new words we have learned today.Step7.
