(3) to talk about food.2. teaching difficult points: countable nouns and uncountable nouns.teaching methods: communication teaching.teaching aids: multi-mediateaching procedures:step1. revision. 1. help the students to revise what they have learnt in the last lesson.t: hello, boys and girls. how are you going today?s: fine!t: what date is it today/ what day is it today?s: step2. lead-in.1. hold some objects and ask, “what have i got?” “ have i got ?”2. then let some students to practice like this. “has he got ?”“yes, he has/ no, he hasnt.”3. ask the students to list the food and drink they have learnt. t: can you tell me some names of the food? s: 4. show some pictures about the new words: orange, drink, fruit, vegetable, beef, carrot, chicken, juice, melon, milk, onion, pork, potato, tomato. step3. presentation.1. ask the students to read through the new words after the tape chorally, and then get some students to read them individually.2. ask the students to fill in the boxes “food” and “drink” with the right words.t: ok, class. there are many words, please complete the boxes with the right words.s: 3. ask and answer. get the students to make sentences with the given information. step4. listening.1. ask the students to listen and check the food theyve got. play the recording once.t: well, class. pay attention, listen to the tape and find out what food have they got, then check the correct answers with.s: 2. play the tape again for them to check the answers.3. then play another recording and ask them to find the answers about “what drink and food have they got?”4. get the students to open books and check the answers together, and then finish activity 6.step5. practice1. role play.
