understanding on pressure. in the first place,pressure is good for us. it urges us to work hard,avoiding our laziness. but too much pressure is a burden. if we carry our burden all the time,sooner or later,we wont be able to carry on. my suggestion on dealing with the problem is as follows. let your burdens down for a moment and pick them up again later when you feel refreshed. so just lay our
