Lesson 2一、益学语法精华1.形容词，副词的概念和作用。1）adj.修饰n. /pron. 如：a red apple, a big one adv.修饰v./adj./adv, 如：run quickly，very beautiful，rather quickly2）adj./adv.有三个级：原级(Positive Degree)，比较级(Comparative Degree)和最高级(Superlative Degree)。 【比较级用于2者之间，最高级用于3者或3者以上】2.形容词比较级和最高级的构成。单音节和少数双音节形容词、副词的规则变化情况：（直）a. 。e.g.short(原级)-shorter(比较级)-shortest(最高级)（只）b. 。e.g.large-larger-largestnice-nicer-nicest（双）c. 。e.g.fat-fatter-fattestbig-bigger-biggest（变）d. 。e.g.busy-busier-busiesteasy-easier-easiest大多数双音节和多音节形容词、副词的规则变化，是在原级前加more变成比较级，加most变成最高级。e.g.beautiful(原级)-more beautiful(比较级)-most beautiful(最高级) important(原级)-more important(比较级)-most important(最高级)（特）有少数形容词,副词的比较级和最高级是不规则的。这些单词的变法需要大家识记。两好两坏两多一老一少一远（6）（good/ well bad/ badly many/ much little old far ） 要注意有2个形容词的比较级和最高级有两种不同的形式，它们的意思也不同。e.g.old-older较旧，较老-oldest最旧，最老 old-elder较年长-eldest最年长 far-farther较远-farthest最远(指距离) far-further进一步-furthest最深(指程度)3.形容词比较级的用法和相关句型。“as+adj./adv.+as+比较对象”表示两者“相等”e.g.He is as tall as his mother He runs as fast as his father.“not +as/so+adj./adv.+as+比较对象”表示“不如”或“不相等”e.g.It is not so/as cold today as yesterday He runs not so fast as his father表示倍数，如“一半/两倍/3倍/4倍/”等用“half/twice/three/four/times +asas”结构。e.g.I study twice as hard as you This room is three times as big as that one.用“adj.比较级+than引导的从句”进行两者的比较。e.g.The earth is bigger than the moon强调比较级超出比较程度时，形容词的比较级前可用much，far，a lot，still，no，a little，even，any,等状语来修饰。e.g.My brother is much older than I.He is a little taller than me.比较级and比较级，可以表示“越来越”。e.g.Im getting fatter and fatter Betty becomes more and more beautiful.用“the+比较级+the+比较级”，表示“越就越”。e.g.The more you read，the more knowledge you will get表示“两者之间比较的一个（of the two）”时，常用“the+比较级”结构e.g.Mary is the taller of the twins.表示“最的之一”用“one of the+adj.最高级+可数名词复数”e.g.Deng Ziqi is one of the most popular singers. 二. 益学精华习题( )1. -She is _ than her mother. -Her mother is also beautiful.
