It is time for /to该到做什么事情的时候了 比如： It is time for bed =It is time to go to bed. 三.介词的用法1、 概述 介词是英语中很活跃的词，一般置于名词之前。它常和名词或名词性词语构成介词短语。2、 常用介词的基本用法 at 表示时间： I go to school at seven every day 我每天早上7点去上学。 表示在某一具体地点： He is standing at the bus stop 他站在公共汽车站。 in 在里面： The pencil is in the desk. 铅笔在课桌里。 在一段时间里： We have four classes in the morning. 我们上午有四节课。 意义。 用，以： Whats this in English? 这用英语怎么说？ 在某一年份，季节，月份： in 2002, in spring, in January 表示状态，服饰： Helen is in yellow. 海伦身穿黄色衣服。 在方面： He is weak in English. 他的英语不行。 用于某些固定搭配： in front of 在前面 in the end 最后 in time 及时 on 在上面： There are some apple on the tree. 树上有些苹果。在（星期）天，在某天的上午（下午，晚上）： They go to English class on Sunday. 星期天他们去上英语课。 I left Beijing on the morning of May 1. 我在5月1日早上离开北京。用于某些固定搭配： on duty 值日 on time 准时 about 表示大约时间： Is about six oclock now. 现在大约6点钟了表示地点；在周围： Everthing about me is so beautiful 我周围的一切都很美好。 注：介词后接动词用动名词，接代词用宾格。 名词的单复数 名词 (Nouns）是词性的一种，也是实词的一种，是指待人、物、事、时、地、情感、概念等实体或抽象事物的词。专有名词和普通名词 1.专有名词表示具体的人,事物,地点，团体或机构的专有名称（第一个字母要大写 Chinese Monday） 2.普通名词:表示某些人,某类事物,某种物质或抽象概念的名称。（例如:teacher 老师tea 茶）分类二名词又可分为可数名词（Countable Nouns）和不可数名词（Uncountable Nouns） 不可数名词：不可数名词是指不能以数目来计算，不可以分成个体的概念、状态、品质、感情或表示物质材料的东西；它一般没有复数形式.可数名词：可数名词是指能以数目来计算，可以分成个体的人或东西；因此它有复数形式 可数名词的复数可数名词有单数和复数两种形式： 1. 基本变化规则一般在名词后加s，变成复数。如boyboys, penpens等。以s, x, sh, ch结尾的，在后面加es。如classclasses, foxfoxes, brushbrushes, watchwatches。但stomach的复数为stomachs。 “以辅音字母+y”结尾的，y变为i，然后再加es。如babybabies。 以f或fe结尾的名词，把f或fe改为v, 再加es，如thief, life, wife, shelf, self, knife, half, leaf, wolf等。以o结尾的名词，有生命的在后面加es，无生命的直接加s。如kilokilos, photophotos, zoozoos, radioradios, pianopianos, videovideos。 名词复数的不规则变化： childchildren footfeet toothteeth mousemice manmen womanwomen an Englishmantwo Englishmen 单复数同形的有sheep, deer, fish, Chinese等。 随堂练习 英汉互译1. ten past one _ 2. twenty-five past eight _ 3. 8:15 _ 4 .10:30 _ 5. twenty to two _ 6. a quarter to six _ 7. 3:55_ 8. 5:35 _ 介词练习( )1._ the afternoon of May, we visited the old man.
