The second listening: to listen again and fill in the blanks.Purpose: to get the students to realize the importance and urgency of wildlife protection because some animals have died out.Step 4. Individual WorkTask: Ask the students to read a report on some endangered animals to see how the government has tried to save them and report the problems, the solutions and the results of wildlife protection given by our government.Purpose: to get the students to know the problems and the ways to solve the problems that wild animals are facing in order to help the students to get some knowledge about saving wildlife.Step 5. SpeakingTask: Play a short video about “What Jackie Chan is doing for protecting animals.”, and ask the students to work in groups to make a plan for protecting animals, then the group leaders should report the plans they made.Purpose: to call on the students to take action to find solutions of wildlife protection since some famous people have set a good example for us.Step 6.
