presentation. at the beginning, my presentation is going to cover a brief introduction of the role of enterprise and application of aounting principles in practice, and then i will highlight the main performance, then the skills, systems, and processes that create new products and better services take on high value. consistent alignment of actions and capabilities with the customer value proposition is the core of strategy execution. creating value for customers helps sell products and services, while creating value for shareholders, means stock price increasing and the future availability of investment capital to fund operations insured. if panies are to focus on the value created for the customer, manager must have a method of recognizing and evaluating that value. consider that how value proposition can be applied to the benefit of the customers, and to drive the panys employees to further enhance the value created. slide 6: the financial aounting standards board (fasb) uses the basic aounting principles and guidelines as a basis for their own detailed and prehensive set of aounting rules and standards (benston, xx). aounting principles consists of three important sets of rules: (1)the basic aounting principles and guidelines, (2)the detailed rules and standards issued by fasb and its predecessor the aounting principles board (apb), (3)the generally 站在讲台上，找到了小老师的感觉，在课前，为了提高他们的听课效率，我还特地准备了糖果给他们作为奖励。他们一个个都做坐得很精神，从他们的眼睛里可以看到对于新鲜事物的好奇和喜爱，以及他们对知识的渴望。刚开始上课，他们还很害羞，后来他们就放松多了，有好几个小朋友自告奋勇地参加“角色扮演”的环节，听到他们并是很标准的口语发音，又觉得可爱又觉得心酸，想到他们无法接受到标准英文的教育，心里挺难过的。很多发言的小朋友都拿到了小礼物，也许只是个棒棒糖而已，但是他们还是很满足，那份我们早已不存在的天真，真的让我很感动。 介绍分为四个部分：首先是台玻集团简介、二是产品介绍、三是最新型暖边技术tps，最后是工程案例欣赏。台玻集团于1964年在台北成立，近50年的发展，台玻获得了许多的荣誉，在xx年创始人林玉嘉先生获得了玻璃界的最高奖项-凤凰奖，着就相当于演艺界的奥斯卡奖，这是台玻的一项殊荣。经过公司的努力，目前台玻现已成为世界第五大、中国第一大综合玻璃企业。请看下面这幅图，位于前四位的法国的圣戈班，日本的旭硝子、板硝子、美国的加迪安，需要提一下的是：前面四位是做综合产业的，包括橡胶、化工等，而台玻只是专心做玻璃。接着这幅图是台玻在天下杂志472期排行，台玻以12.55亿美元营业收入名列第一，其次是福耀，该企业主要生产汽车玻璃，接着是南玻和信义。 现在，台玻集团子公司在中国已经有30家子公司，大陆24家，台湾6家。台玻是中国第一家做到合理布局的玻璃企业。众所周知，玻璃属于易碎品，为了方便运输，集团玻璃分布全国各地，北至天津，南至华南，西至城都，东至沿海昆太基地，缩小供货半径，缩短供货周期，节约运输成本，能更好为为各位客户服务；另外，玻璃原材料主要是硅砂和纯碱，其中硅砂占到70、纯碱占到15左右，台玻从原材料开始对产品的质量进行管控，保障原材料的纯度与质量，从而做出高质量的产品。如图中所示，漳州硅砂厂，汉中硅砂，沂南硅砂，凤阳硅砂等。现在国家提倡节能减排，台玻积极响应国家政策，扩张节能玻璃生产线，已成为中国最大的节能玻璃生产企业，年产能7200万/年。 第二部分是产品介绍。台玻集团产品种类主要有建筑玻璃、汽车玻璃、光伏玻璃、玻璃纤维等。建筑玻璃有浮法玻璃、low-e玻璃、着色玻璃等。为了更好的保证产品质量并与国际最先进的技术接轨，台玻积极引进国外先进的技术，早在1980年引进英国的皮尔金顿浮法技术，1999年引进美国applied films镀膜线，xx年引进德国的von ardenne镀膜线等，此外还分别引进百超中空设备、奥地利lisec中空设备、芬兰tamglass钢化炉等。 良好的产品质量使台玻的产品得到世界各地的认可：如美国的ig中控玻璃认证，澳洲的csi标准安全玻璃认证等。尤其我想给各位说明的，是我们台玻有七项发明专利，这是其他玻璃企业无法企及的。这是我们产品的发展史，从1980年开始中国第一家大批量生产浮法玻璃开始，在83、84年国内其他大型玻璃生产厂家如南玻、信义刚刚成立时，台玻中国第一家生产钢化玻璃、生产中空玻璃、生产镀膜玻璃，1993年，中国第一家生产low-e玻璃（高性能节能玻璃），可以看出台玻是玻璃行业的领军者。 low-e玻璃有在线和离线两种，e值越低，辐射越低。这是low-e玻璃的剖面图。我们以双层玻璃为例，两侧玻璃以铝隔条有效的隔开，在一侧玻璃上镀上low-e膜层，周边用密封胶密封，从而可以达到现代建筑玻璃所注重的高热阻隔与环保节能及绿建筑设计的要求。 针对不同地区、不同结构，我们台玻研发出单银、双银、三银玻璃。这是单银、双银和三银low-e玻璃的技术参数，我们选取了相同透光率的玻璃，以此对其性能对比，u值代表了从环境得到的热量，其数值越大，传热越强，单银的传热最多，其次双银，三银最少；sc值为遮阳系数，代表太阳直接辐射能，在夏季温度达到40摄氏度的长三角地区，它们的数值越小就代表越节能，越省空调的电，三银最好，其次双银。 这是我们镀膜的生产线，是亚洲最大的镀膜线，不仅是镀膜线最长而且生产出来的玻璃板幅最大（3.36m，台玻是全线进口德国的von ardenne镀膜线，这样做主要有两个优点，第一，全线引进，配套设施可以更好地与核心设施进行配合，而国内其他一些厂家只进口核心设备，而配套设备是在国内进行设计制作，配合没有原件好，磨合期更长，交货期无法保障，第二，von ardenne 对于全线引进它设备的厂家，每年会有工程师来进行设备维护和技术更新，这使台玻的技术一直紧接世界先进水平。浮法原片。1980年与皮尔金顿技术合作，现已自主研发，建造出世界上单条产能最大的浮法线，日融量1200吨。 台玻长江，也就是昆山厂，浮法线有3条，分别生产白玻、色玻、超白玻璃。分别单独生产有一个好处就是避免原材料的污染，可以得到更好质量的产品。 钢化玻璃，属于安全玻璃，机械强度是普通玻璃的3-5倍，图中看出钢化玻璃碎后颗粒为钝角颗
