I3.在情景中学会使用本课句型,并能恰当地替换句型。4.学习本单元有四个表示地点的名词短语:a mountain, an island , a big city, a small town.四个动词短语:had a picnic, did some shopping, took some pictures, swam in the sea.2. 单元教学内容分析学会本单元新词组和新句型,灵活进行情景对话。3. 学生情况分析 本节课的教学对象是小学六年级一班学生,共48人。经过三年的英语学习,大部分学生对英语有较浓厚的兴趣,具备一定的听、说、读、写能力。本班学生活泼好动,注意力不易集中,因此在课堂上要多变换学习方式,要适当利用学习道具和各种现代化教学手段辅助教学,培养学生良好的学习习惯,调动他们学习的积极性,增强责任感和竞争意识。5. 教学方法1教法:根据本课的教学内容、教学目标、学生的年龄特征和心理特征,为了更好地激发学生学习兴趣,从而能积极主动参与学习。教学中运用多媒体课件、图片等教学辅助手段,置抽象的句型于一个个生动的情景、游戏之中,不仅使学习过程自然轻松,更能较好地启智开思。2. 学法指导:引导学生通过观察、听读、表演的方法逐渐感悟新语言项目的功能,让学生在多层次的练习中体会到学习英语时“运用”的必要性,鼓励学生积极思维,大胆尝试。 二、分课时教学计划Lesson1 Warm_Up and Diaiogs/Vocabulary1.Task objectives1.认知目标:a.继续学习并运用The simple Past Tense. b.学生能听、说、读短语:a mountain, an island , a big city, a small town, had a picnic, did some shopping, took some pictures, swam in the sea、句型Where did you go on your vacation? Yes , I did./ No, I didnt.等进行口语交际。2能力目标:在情景中学会使用本课句型,并能用一般过去时恰当地替换句型。3情感目标:通过图片、活动、表演使学生产生学习英语的兴趣;让学生敢于、乐于开口积极参与交流。并让学生在学习的过程中,培养他们的表演意识和合作意识。2. Ss:I was at the park/zoo/school/home2.Show students pages 66-67 in your book or have them ope their own books and look at the pages.Describe the main scene pointing to the people,animals or objects.Ask questions about the pictures.3.Talk something about Mei Lings summer vacation last year .通过三个问题(1.What can you see ? 2.Can you find a mountain on the map?3.Is there a mountain near your home?)谈论今年暑假生活打算,让学生对本课话题充满了兴趣,激起了他们的好奇心与表现欲。找到话题与所授新知的契合点,让学生很自然地从一个话题向另一个话题过渡,从而开始本节课Summer vacation的话题。Step 2 Presentation1.Direct students attention to the bottom of the page.Play the tape. Students listen and point to the items as they hear them.T: Where did Mei Ling go on her summer vacation?S1: She went to her uncles house.T: Where does he live?S2: He lives on an island.教师指出an island同时出示词语卡片,带领学生认读。2.Listen to the tape.(twice)3. Next repeat, then read together.4.再次出示词语卡片,现场check the phases one by one。5.Have students say the words in chorus.Then ask individuals to say the words.Step 3 Presentation Practice1.Listen to the tape again.感受Mei Ling、Pam and Sandy之间的对话。2.教师简单讲解对话内容。如:Dialog1.Summer vacation is coming soon and Mei Ling is putting some pictures on the board.Dialog2. Mei Ling is telling Pam and Sandy where she went on her summer vacation last year. Dialog3. Mei Ling is telling Pam and Sandy what she did on her summer vacation last year3.Continue the tape.Students listen and say the dialogs.4.Role-play:Ask three students to come to the front of the classroom.Assign one role to each student by giving them a flashcard for Mei Ling,Pam,Sandy.Ask the students to say their characters words.5.Work in pairs. Students listen and sing:Where did you go?Step 5 Homework1.Copy 8 phrases.2.Practice the dialogues with your partner.3.listen to the tapeforfivetimesatleast.6. 板书设计 Unit6 Summer VacationLesson1 Warm_Up and Diaiogs/Vocabulary Where did you go on your summer vacation last year?a mountain have/had a picnicon island do/did some shoppinga big city take/took some picturesa small town swim/swam in the sea7. 教学反思本单元主要围绕Summer Vaccation 展开话题,重点训练学生一般过去时的运用。这一课要求学生掌握句型Where did you go on your vacation?I went to/What did you do?I 。上课之前,我作了大量的准备工作。由于外研社教材学校的教学资源极少,我只制作了一些简单的图片,帮助学生更好地学习。教学时,我从去年暑假自己的芜湖之行导入,展示了自己拍摄的几处有名的景点,从而教学take/took some pictures。情景对话与学生生活实际相结合,如,boat与ship的区别;一座小岛是an island,注意一座用an以及连读。讲解课文有拓展,如由by boat想到步行用on foot。虽然课前准备得很充分,但在教学过程中,我也出现了一些失误。比如,这一节课总体上有点前松后紧,后面的对话活动、表演活动显得较少。另外,在学生把八个词语卡片粘贴在黑板上这一环节,我课后越想越觉得处理不妥当,不应该按单词出现的顺序粘贴。因为本课有四个表示地点的名词短语和四个表示动作的动词短语。在学习地点新词时,我就可以随机引出动词短语,并及时粘贴。如,在教学an island之后,我可以问What did you do on an island?从而引出swim/swam in the sea。因为我上课的实战经验不足,今后要多多向别的老师们学习教学方法。Lesson2 Language Focus1.Task objectives1认知目标:a.Use the simple Past Tense.b.学生能听、说、读短语及句型:a mountain, an island , a big city, a small town, had a picnic, did some shopping, took some pictures, swam in the sea及句型Where did you go on your vacation? Teaching Procedures Step 1 Warm-up1.Greetings.2.Write a list of about ten sentences that include the verb phrase from the bottom of page 67.Make some sentences about a routine action and some about an action that occurrect in the past but make some sentences correct or incorrect in their usage of tense.Ask the to spot the incorrect sentences.For example,if you say,Usually I take some pictures,students should indentily the sentence as correct.Step 2 Presentation Practice1.Ask students to open their books to page 68 and tell you the names of the characters in the picture at the top of the page.Tell them not to read the words yet but to look at the picture Jia Ming is holding and guess where he went on his summer vaction last year2.Play the tape.Ask the students to listen and point to the sentences.3.Rewind and play the tape again.
