3 Definitions 条款Add the following new definitions新增加条款3.Z101Hot functional surface 热功能表面Surface that is intentionally heated by an internal heat source and has to be hot to carry out the function for which the appliance is intended为实现器具已定的发热功能且由内部发热源引起发热的表面Note : an example is the heating plate of a waffle iron备注:例如烤华夫饼干的烤盘11 heating 发热11.1 Addition:增加:For ovens, rotary grills and cookers, compliances is also checked by the test of 11.Z102.对于烤箱,旋转烤叉等器具也要进行11.Z102测试。For breadmakers, compliances is also checked by the test of 11.Z103.对于面包机,也应进行11.Z103测试。11.3 Addition:增加:For flat surfaces, temperature rises are measured using the probe of Figure Z101. The probe is applied with a force of 4N+/-1N to the surface in such a way that the best possible contact between the probe and the surfaces is ensured.对于水平表面,用Figure Z101探针进行温升测试。以4N+/-1N的力确保探针和表面良好接触。NOTE: Any measuring instrument giving the same results as the probe may be used.同一探针任何测试器具给出的结论一致。11.8 Addition:增加:The temperature rise of handles or grips and that of operational devices such as switches, keypads and knobs that are intended to be touched in normal use is measured as follows:在正常使用中会接触到的把手,开关,按键和旋钮等操作工具的温升测试如下:- For operational devices and grips with a surface greater than 300mm2, over an area of 20mm around the part normally gripped or touched to operate the appliance;- 表面面积大于300mm2,操作中会正常接触到的把手等周围20mm的范围。- For operational devices and grips with a surface less than or equal too 300mm2, over an area of 25mm around the part normally gripped or touched to operate the appliance.- 表面面积小于或等于300mm2,操作中会正常接触到的把手等周围25mm的范围。The distance is measured along the surface as for creepage distance unless it is evident from the construction that the hot part cant be touched unintentionally.以此距离为标准,除非确信发热表面不会被无意碰到。- for handles, over an area of 20mm around the orthogonal projection of all points located at a clearances less than 40mm between the rear (inner) part of the handle or at least 80mm along the handle (whichever is the more unfavourable) and the hot part, unless it is evident from the construction that the hot part cant be touched unintentionally.(see Figure Z102)对于拉手,图Z102中的阴影部分要进行温升测试,除非可以确信在正常使用中不会被无意的碰到。The values for surfaces of handles , knobs, grips and similar parts which are held for short periods in Table 3 apply.对于短时接触的把手,旋钮等类似部件的温升值见表3Add the following new subclauses:增加以下新条款:11.Z101 Ovens, rotary grills and cookers are placed as specified in 11.2. 按照11.2中的说明放置烤箱等器具The appliance is supplied at rated power and operated under normal operation.器具以额定功率常规工作。All heating units that can be connected to the supply mains at the same time during normal use are switched on.正常工作状态下打开所有发热产品Ovens are operated without accessories.烤箱不用附件操作。Normal operation.常规操作3.1.9.104 Ovens are operated with the door closed.
