Identify alternative corrective actions to eliminate root cause.alysis/失效分析 :致新客户反馈我司包装时并批标签粘贴位置错误，要求在2D标签左方，实际在左上方，如下图所示：铝箔袋未封合，有压痕但未封合Investigation findings:情况调查：标签位置错误：1、此批产品为致新发纬创客户13寸编带产品，包装到抽真空的流程为：1） 包装员工粘贴卷盘、内盒、外箱标签；2） 包装员工装箱，包装品管检验；3） 品管检验合格后，产品待抽真空；4） 抽真空员工粘贴铝箔袋标签；5） 抽真空员工装箱，包装品管对抽真空质量及标签进行抽检；6） 品管检验合格后，产品待入库。2、此批产品由员工徐珍英和曹丽霞进行抽真空，这2名员工常规抽7寸编带产品，很少抽13寸编带产品，对13寸编带产品的铝箔袋标签粘贴位置不熟悉（7寸盘的铝箔袋并批标签是包装员工贴的，13寸的是由抽真空人员贴的）。同时未仔细查阅客户包装规范，最终导致标签粘贴位置错误的异常发生。而抽真空后品管检验时，未仔细查阅客户包装规范，导致此异常流出。铝箔袋封合不牢：1、 询问抽真空员工，此盘产品为开机后的第一盘产品，由于抽真空机的预热时间不够，导致铝箔袋封合不牢。2、 抽真空后品管检验时，每箱任意抽取二卷产品对其真空质量进行检验，当时检验未发现有异常。Conclusion: 1、抽真空员工未仔细查阅客户包装规范，导致标签位置粘贴错误。而抽真空后品管检验时，未仔细查阅客户包装规范，导致此异常流出。2、抽真空机的预热时间不够，导致铝箔袋封合不牢。D5. Choose and verify Permanent Corrective Action/选择并验证有效的纠正措施Define and implement the best permanent corrective actions. Choose on-going controls to insure the root cause is eliminated.
