Chapter7钢刹车组件的清洗7.1 清洗用工具，设备及清洗剂介绍钢刹车组件清洗用的工装夹具，设备和材料有：The work fixture, equipment and material:1. 压缩空气；Compressed air;2. 喷丸，喷砂设备；The equipment of shot blast, sand blast;3. 退漆水（SAE-AMS-1375）;The water for cleaning the paint (SAE-AMS-1375)4. 溶剂或去油剂（MIL-PRF-680 Type II or III）;The solvents or degreasers (MIL-PRF-680 Type II or III);5. 丁基酒精或异丙基酒精;The butyl alcohol or isopropyl alcohol;6. 水基清洗剂；Water-based cleaning agent7. 硬或软塑料擦。Hard or soft plastic brush7.2清洗过程中的个人防护和注意事项1.个人防护personal protection 警告：在使用特殊的清洁剂前，必须阅读，理解并服从所有的安全规范，这些规范包括厂家规范，材料的MSDS和政府的规范等。如果不遵从安全规范使用清洁剂会引起人员伤害或病害。材料的MSDS会给出材料的使用，保存或报废的规范。 Warning: before using the special cleaner read, understand and obey to all of the safety criterion, which including the factory criterion, material MSDS and government criterion and so on. If not obey to the safety criterion to use the cleaner, it will cause personal injury or disease. The material MSDS will offer the usage, save and scrap. 警告：在清洗过程中小心不要吸进镉微粒或镉烟尘，这些镉微粒或镉烟尘会引起肺和肾疾病。如果在维修过程中会产生镉微粒或镉烟尘，要注意佩戴呼吸器，空气要流通。在清洗过程中小心不要吸进陶器纤维粉尘，陶器纤维粉尘会引起癌症。 Warning: when cleaning be careful not to breathe the atom or dust which including the cadmium, because these can cause the lung disease and kidney disease. If during the mending there is atom or dust which including the cadmium, wear the breathing apparatus, and keep the place airiness. During the cleaning be careful not to suck into the pottery fiber dust, because it can cause the cancel. 在清洗时员工要参考相关规范佩戴呼吸器，橡胶手套和眼镜等劳动保护用品。 The cleaner must wear the breathing apparatus, rubber gloves, glasses and other labor protection products under the reference to the relevant norms.2.注意事项attentions 警告：用压缩空气清洁部件时，眼睛可能会受到粉尘或溶剂喷雾的伤害，确保使用的压缩空气的压力不超过30p.s.i.。同时需要佩戴眼睛保护器。 Warning: when using the compressed air to clean the units, the eyes may be damaged by the dust or solvent spray, ensure that the pressure cant exceed 30p.s.i. and at the same time need to wear the eye protector. 不要用压缩空气吹包含有陶器纤维的部件。 Dont use the compressed air to blow the units which including the pottery fiber 在清洗螺纹部件时要确保部位的污染物完全清洗干净。因为螺纹部位的污染物会影响螺纹件的完全检查，也会在螺帽上紧力矩时影响螺杆正确的拉紧。 When cleaning the units of thread ensure that the pollutants be completely clean. Because the pollutants can affect the full inspection of the units of thread and right tension of the screw when tighten the torque nut. 不要用钢丝擦清洗铝部件，不要用金刚砂或玻璃丸喷砂处理铝部件，钢丝擦，金刚砂或玻璃丸会损害铝部件的阳极化处理层。 Dont use the wire brush clean the units of aluminum, dont use the emery sand blasting or glass balls to clean the units of aluminum, steel wire brush, emery or glass balls will damage the units of aluminum anodized layer. 不要用碱性清洁溶剂清洗铝部件，碱性清洗溶剂会引起铝部件损坏。 Dont use the alkaline cleaning solvent clean the units of aluminum, because it can damage the units of aluminum.7.3 清洗和退漆7.3.1清洗cleaning 1. 清洁推力盘组件（如果有）the units of clean thrust plate(if there be)用抹布泡浸异丙基酒精去除滑油或液压油。用干燥的压缩空气去吹干推力盘。Use a rag which included the isopropyl alcohol to remove oil or hydraulic oil. use compressed air to blow the thrust plate dry.2. 清洗金属部件clean the units of metal用MIL-680 Type II or III 溶剂或水基清洗剂清洗金属部件。确保螺杆的螺纹部位完全清洗干净。在清洗活塞和缸筒时可以不用拆下挡圈。用干净，干燥的压缩空气吹干部件。Use the solvent MIL-680 Type II or III or water-based cleaning agent to clean the metal. Ensure units of thread of screw be completely cleaned. When cleaning the piston and cylinder ,neednt remove the ring. And use the clean and dry compressed air to blow the units dry. 用Loctite Chisel P/N79040 或相等的产品清洗残留在螺纹上的螺纹锁定剂，允许溶剂在螺纹上保留5分钟，然后用塑料擦清除螺纹残留的污染物，再次用Loctite Chisel P/N79040或相等的产品清洗螺纹，允许溶剂在螺纹上保留1分钟，再次用塑料擦清洗干净螺纹。Use Loctite Chisel P/N79040 or relevant products clean the thread locking agent which residue on the thread, allow the solvent to keep on the thread for 5 minutes, and then use the plastic brush to clean the thread residual contaminants. Use Loctite Chisel P/N79040 or relevant products again to clean the thread, allow the solvent to keep on the thread for 1minute.use the plastic brush again to clean the thread out.3. 清洗非金属部件clean the units of nonmetal用丁基酒精或水基清洗剂清洁非金属部件。Use the butyl alcohol or water-based cleaning agent clean the nonmetal用干净，干燥的压缩空气吹干部件。Use the clean and dry compressed air to blow the units dry7.3.2退漆clean the paint1.铝部件退漆for the units of aluminum注意：渗透探伤检查前需要退漆处理。其他如涡流探伤和超声波探伤检查不需要退漆处理。可以选用喷丸退漆或化学退漆其中之一对铝部件进行退漆处理。Warning: Need clean the paint before the check for penetration inspection, while other inspection like eddy current test and ultrasonic examination dont need to clean the paint. Choose one of the shot blast back paint or chemical back paint to clean the units of aluminum.1） 喷丸退漆处理the clean of shot blast back paint喷丸退漆前需要堵盖活塞腔，油路口和螺纹衬套孔。拆下密封轴衬套并堵上注油嘴孔。Before the shot blast back paint need plug the piston chamber, oil junction and threaded bushing holes. Remove the seal shaft bushing and plug injection nozzle hole.用塑料丸（MIL-P-85891,最大硬度：3.5MOH）或胡桃壳丸（A-A-1722 Type II, Grade 20/30）对铝部件喷丸退漆处理。Use the plastic pill(MILL-P-85891,maximum hardness: 3.5MOH) or walnut shell pill(A-A-1722Type II，Grade 20/30) to clean the paint of the units of aluminum.使用塑料丸喷丸时：喷嘴离工作表面的距离是450600毫米，喷雾的角度约45度，喷丸气压约3040p.s.i.。When using the plastic pill: the distance between the nozzle and work surface is 450600mm, the angle of spray is about 45 degrees, the pressure of the shot blast is about 3040p.s.i. 用干净，干燥的压缩空气吹干净部件。拆下堵盖并确保腔，孔和油路干净。Use the clean and dry compressed air to blow the units dry. And remove the plug cap and ensure that cavities, holes and oil are clean.如果喷丸的媒介损伤了部件的阳极化处理层，在损伤部位做阳极化处理。If the media of the shot blast damages the anodized layer of the units, then do anodizing in the place of damaging.2） 化学退漆处理clean for chemical back paint如果完全把部件放进退漆水，退漆前需要堵盖活塞腔，油路口和螺纹衬套孔,密封轴衬套。拆下滑油注油嘴并堵上注油嘴孔。If put all the units into the back paint water, then need plug the piston chamber, oil junction and threaded bushing holes before the back paint, the seal shaft bushing. Remove the oil injection nozzle and plug it.
