Low alternating current is running between pump head (mass) and probe (electrode) (toavoid oxidation due to electrolysis). If the probe is not covered by product, theresistance between probe and mass is virtually infinite. As soon as product covers theprobe, a conductive connection is generated between probe and mass, the resistancechanges and current is conducted. This current activates an electric switching contactwithin the evaluation unit. 实现原理如下:泵头上安装探头,泵头和探头之间通低交流电(避免电蚀造成氧化)如果探头没被产品所覆盖它和泵头之间的电阻值几乎是极大的,一旦产品覆盖了探头它和泵体之间出现传导连接,电阻值改变电流被传导,电流驱动评测单元进行开关。Fig. 0 Alternating voltage is applied between probe (electrode) and pump head (mass). Assoon as the probe recognizes a change of concentration, alternating current is conducted,which activates a switching function in the electronic system. 探头和泵头之间通交流电,一旦探头探测到浓度的变化交流电被传导,驱动开关。Conclusion:结论Conductive measurement of conducting fluids is an efficient and safe measuringsystem for the detection of hose-diaphragm or flat diaphragm failure. FTW570Z系统设计为两条独立分开的测量电路。Measuring circuit 2 is set to the evaluation of hose-diaphragm failures (see below). The hose-diaphragm is leaking. Probe 2 is measuring a changed resistance of the actuation fluid (glycol/water, blue illustration). Due to the mixture with slurry, this resistance is beyond / below the set value. Thus, an errorsignal is released at the FTW 570Z or FTW 325 system. 平隔膜没问题,软管隔膜泄漏。探头2测到驱动液中电阻值的变化(图中蓝色部分)由于其与泥浆混合,电阻值高于或低于设定值,因此FTW 570Z 或 FTW 325 会发出一个出故障的信号。5 / 21Evaluation: Diagnostic of flat diaphragm failure: 评测:诊断平隔膜故障:The FTW 570Z system is designed with two separate and independently operatingmeasuring circuits. The flat diaphragm is leaking. Probe 1 is measuring achanged resistance of the hydraulic fluid (brown), which is beyond / below the setvalue. The set value results from test series and depends on the fluids used and theirconcentrations (see chart on page 16). Due to the mixture of hydraulic oil and actuation fluid (glycol/water), the electricresistance is decreasing or the electric conductivity is rising respectively. The individual probes can optionally be connected eitherto channel 1 or channel 2. 双通道插件设计允许实现两个开关点相互独立。探头既可以连接通道1也可以连接通道2.Note:For the measuring comparison with slurry the actually pumped slurry is to be used at operating characteristics. FELUWA对测量系统不正确的校准或无校准造成的损失不负任何责任。Measuring systems which have not been tested and set with original slurry yet must be identified accordingly bymeans of fixing a sign (as per attachment) until setting iscompleted! 未完成经实际泥浆测试和设定的测量系统必须设立相应标志直到设定完成! 18 / 21General Handling and Guidelines for an electrically trouble-freeinstallation 电气无故障安装的一般处理原则。This manual contains essential guidelines for the installation, operation and servicingof the equipment and must be strictly respected. Thus, fitters and responsibletechnical staff/operators must read this manual before the equipment is installed andcommissioned. The manual shall be placed close to the equipment so that it is always easily accessible. 手册中包含重要的安装操作和维护的原则必须严格遵守。因此在设备安装试运行之前安装人员和负责的技术人员/操作人员必须阅读此手册。The following paragraphs contain general and special safety instructions reaching from the equipments installation to its disposal. Any non-observance of theseinstructions might cause risks for human beings, animals, property and objects.下列段落包含一般和特殊安全指导涉及设备的安装和处理。Personnel qualification 人员资格The personnel for installation, operation, servicing and inspection must be qualifiedfor the allocated task and must be appropriately instructed and trained in order to fulfil the demands on the respective installation, operation, servicing or inspectionjob. 安装,操作,维护和检测人员必须有所分配任务的资质,并且要受到适当的指导和培训以满足各自工作的要求。Risks if safety instructions are not observed如不遵守安全指导会出现的风险。If the applicable safety instructions are not observed, the equipment is used in adifferent application from that specified or the limit values included in the technicalequipment data are exceeded, risks and damage to persons, environment or eventhe entire plant itself may be caused. In such a case FELUWA Pumpen GmbH does not accept any claims for damages.如果不遵守安全指导,设备在超出限定值的情况下使用,对人员,环境甚至整个工厂都会引起破坏。在此情况下FELUWA不会接受任何损失的投诉。Safety instructions for operator and owner操作和所有人的安全指导For a proper operation of the equipment all safety instructions must be strictlyrespected. The owner is responsible for providing the respective installation,operation, servicing or inspection personnel easy access to the safety guidelines. Any risks caused by electrical energy, energy released by the product, escapingfluids or improper connection of the equipment are to be excluded.
