B: They would put them into the sea. 4. main points:happened 是happen 的过去式，vi.发生；碰 巧。 happen 的用法： sth. happen to sb. 表示“某人出了某事”， 常指不好的事。Eg:A car accident happened to her this morning. sb. happen to do 表示某人碰巧做了某事。I happened to out when Linda called me yesterday. sth. happened + 地点/时间，表示某地/某时发生了某事，此时主语是物。Step 6 Listening Work on 2a: T: Lets continue to listen to the story. 1. Look at the pictures in 2a. Discuss the things they are going to do. When you listen to the story, please number the pictures. 2. Play the recording for the Ss to listen and number the pictures. 3. Play the recording again to check the answers. Work on 2b: 1. Let Ss read the sentences below. Explain some main sentences for the Ss. Make sure they know what to do. 2. Play the recording for the Ss to circle the correct words in the brackets. 3. Play the recording again to check the answers.
