三相组合式过电压保护器Three-phase combined overvoltage protector(TBP)使用说明书Operation Instructions 安徽亚辉电气自动化有限公司Anhui yahui Electrical Automation Co., LTD.一、 产品用途(Application)三相组合式过电压保护器(TBP)是一种新型的过电压保护器,它主要应用于发电、供电和企业的用电系统中,对电机、变压器、开关、母线、电容器等电气设备,除了限制大气过电压保护外,同时也可限制电力系统的操作过电压,对相间和相对地的过电压,均能起到可靠的限制作用。Three-phase combined overvoltage protector is a new type of overvoltage protector and is mainly used in electric power network of power generation, power supply and the power consumption enterprise. It is used to protect such electrical equipment as transformer, switch, busbar, motor etc., which can limit the atmospheric overvoltage and operation overvoltage caused by switches and also can reliably limit the overvoltage between phases and the phase to ground.、二、型号说明(Model designation)1.保护对象:A-电机; B-变压器、母线线路、开关 ; C- 并联补偿电容器;O-电机中性点; protection subjects: A-motor; B-generator, transformer, bus circuit and switch; C- parallel compensation Capacitor; O- neutral point of motor 。2、持续运行电压Continuous running voltage:it allows to constantly apply effective value of power frequency voltage between CBP phases and phase to ground;3. 使用环境:W为户外型,无W只适用于户内;Service environment: W-outdoor type, No W- only applicable to indoor service;4. 附加功能:“IM” 过电压在线监测,“J”动作计数器;Additional functions: “IM” is the product with overvoltage action recorder (only applicable to indoor type 35KV); “J” is the product with overvoltage action counter 三、产品结构/特点Structural features三相组合式过电压保护器(TBP)的电气原理如图一所示,图中FR为高能容氧化锌非线形电阻,JX为放电间隙,由于采用对称结构,其中任意三个可分别接入A、B、C三相,另一个接地线。The electrical diagram of three-phase combined overvoltage protector is shown as in Fig. (1), where FR in the figure is zinc oxide non-linear resistance and CG is discharge gap, because it adopts symmetric structure, any three of them can be connected into three phases A, B and C, respectively, and another one is connected with ground.三相组合式过电压保护器(TBP)的主要特点:Compared to the current overvoltage protector, the three-phase combined overvoltage protector has the features that other like products cannot compare. 1.通流容量大,适用范围更广;CDJXFRAB2.采用四星形接法,可将相间过电压大大降低,保护的可靠性大为提高。3.用氧化锌非线性电阻和放电间隙的结构,使两者互为保护。放电间隙使氧化锌电阻的荷电率为零,氧化锌电阻的非线性特性又使放电间隙动作后无续流,放电间隙不再承担灭弧任务,提高了产品的使用寿命。4.电压冲击系数为1,在各种电压波形下放电电压值相等,不受各种操作过电压波形影响。过电压保护值准确,保护性能优良。JX-放电间隙 FR-非线性电阻图一 电气原理图5.结构简单、体积小、安装方便。 1. It adopts the structure of combined zinc oxide non-linear resistance and discharge gap to protect each other. The discharge gap makes the chargeability of zinc oxide resistance to be zero, the nonlinearity of zinc oxide in turn makes it extinguish arc after the discharge gap acts without continuous flow and cutoff, and the discharge gap no longer undertakes the extinguishing task, thus improves the service life of product.2. Under a variety of voltage waveforms, all the discharge values are equal, which are not affected by various operating overvoltage waveforms, the protection value of overvoltage is correct and the protection performance is excellent.3. It adopts four-star connection, which can limit both overvoltages between phases and phase to ground. It can greatly reduce the overvoltage between phases, compared to the conventional arrester, the overvoltage between phases is reduced significantly, therefore, the reliability of protection is greatly improved. 4. It adopts silicon rubber casing and high voltage cable leading-out structure with the advantages of easy to install, good sealing, small volume, vibration resistance etc. It can be directly installed on the hand bogie underpan of switchgear cabinet or in the transformer room.5. The service ambient temperature is -40+60, the altitude is lower than 2000m (if higher than 2000m, it shall be indicated when ordering).6. When intermittent arc grounding overvoltage and ferromagnetic resonance overvoltage occur in the system and its energy is less than 2ms400A square-wave shock energy, the CBP can assume the protection function.外形及安装尺寸1. Indoor type (Fig 2 ) CBP-(Fig 4 )CBP-F/131 (Fig.7) CBP-42F/310V. TBP的试验方法及注意事项Test methods and precautions for CBP1. 试验方法Test method:Wiring for the test is shown as in Fig. (13).Fig. (13)V1、V2-电压表 A1-数字电流表 ZT-调压器 ST-试验变压器 LJ-电流继电器 R-限流电阻V1, V2 voltmeter A1, A2 digital ammeter ZT voltage regulator ST test transformerLJ current relay R current-limiting resistance按原理图将相关仪表和设备连接好。测试前应首先将电流继电器LJ的整定值调至最小值(作为后备保护),然后将试验变压器空载升压,电流继电器LJ应不动作,将数字电流表A1的量程调至520A(5KVA及以下容量试验变压器可不加限流电阻R)。Connect relevant instruments and equipment according to the schematic diagram. Before testing, make sure to first adjust the set value of current relay LJ to minimum (as a backup protection), and then step up the voltage of test transformer at no load, the current relay LJ shall not act, and adjust the range of digital ammeter A2 to 1020A (test transformer with the capacity of 5KVA and under may not be added with current limiting resistance R).工频试验电压分别加在被测试品的A和D、B和D、C和D、A和C、B和C、以及A和B上,缓慢调高试验变压器的输出电压,同时观察电压表及数字电流表A1,TBP间隙未击穿放电时,数字电流表A1的读数会随着电压升高而逐渐增大。当试验变压器的输出电压达到TBP的动作值时,TBP间隙被击穿放电,数字电流表A1的数值将突增,此时试验变压器的高压输出电压值即为该TBP的工放值。Apply power frequency test voltage between A and D, B and D, C and D, A and C, B and C, as well as A and B of the product under test, and slowly increase the output voltage of the test transformer, at the same time, observe the voltmeter and digital ammeter A2, if the gap of CBP is not broken down and does not discharge, the reading of digital ammeter A2 is zero or very small. When the output voltage of test transformer reaches the action value of CBP, the CBP gap will be broken down and discharge, and the reading of digital ammeter A2 will also suddenly increase, at this time, the high voltage output value of test transformer is the power frequency discharge voltage value of CBP.2. 试验注意事项:Precautions for test:a、用户在做TBP工放时,应以电流表数值有明显突变时的高压输出电压值,作为TBP的工放数值;When carrying out power frequency discharge test of indoor type CBP, first place the CBP on the iron plate, at the same time, the iron plate shall be reliably grounded, and the surface of iron plate shall be slightly larger than the bottom surface of CBP;b, 在做工频放电时,当观察到电流表有明显的增大时,要立即将调压器回零,并切断电源。切忌在放电后继续升高电压,以免损坏TBP及试验变压器;When the user carries out power frequency discharge of the CBP, he should not take whether the current relay LJ acts or not as the basis of power frequency discharge value of CBP.c. 用户在试验时,如果发现其工放值超出表一中的允许范围时,请仔细检查接线是否正确、表计是否准确和调压器炭刷是否接触良好等,如经检查测试数据无误,确已超出允许范围时,请与我公司联系;When the user carries out power frequency discharge of the CBP, when he observes the ammeter increases considerably, he should immediately regulate the voltage regulator to zero and cut off the power.
