New words and phrasal verbs Learn the new words and phrasal verbs according to the pictures and sentences.Step4. 1a (1)Ask students to match the sentences with similar meanings. (2)Check the answers and explain.Step5.1b (1)Ask students to match the phrasal verbs with the nouns. Then check the answers. (2)Get students to make sentences with the phrases. Later, check the answers individually.Step6.1c (1) Tell students that the boys name is Jimmy and that a reporter is interviewing him. (2) Ask students to listen and number the pictures1-4 in the correct order. (3) Check the answers.Step7.1a (1) Ask students to listen again and circle T for true or F for false. (2) Check the answers.Step8. Listen again and fill in the blanks. Ask students to listen again and fill in the blanks. Then check the answers individually.Step9.
