As for the prior one, I think it would be the most common way for young students who just graduated from HighSchool. They didnt acknowledge enough skills in high school so that they couldnt survive in this bitter world. Then the best way to them is to as one member of that kind of institutions. But as far as we know, most graduate from that kind of institutions will not reach a higher level in a rapid speed. Ordinarilly, they have to fight for the hard life and job for a few years then some of them may successed or some of them may down in the society.According to this serious situation, we have no rejection to say that the college enrollment is increasing.41.
