Unit7 Teenagers should be allowed to choose their own clothes课题Section A(3a-3c) Period. 2 Page 51年级九年级课型阅读课（reading）教材分析本课是人教版九年级Unit 7 Teenagers should be allowed to choose their own clothes的第二课时，是一节阅读课。课前学生已经学过了含有情态动词的被动语态用法，并能把它运用在本单元谈论“制度”的具体语境中。本节课3a-3c围绕一首诗歌Mom knows best展开。诗歌不仅呈现新的词汇，再现了本单元要求学习和掌握的should be allowed to do sth.的句型，更重要的是，它通过描绘孩子成长过程中与母亲的互动交流，利用细节的刻画引发学生的思考，潜移默化的对学生进行情感教育，尊重父母，理解父母，孝敬和感恩父母。通过本课时的教学内容与设计预测，学生能够巩固含有情态动词的被动语态的用法，提高运用语言的能力和对诗歌的情感升华。学情分析本课的教学对象为九年级的学生，学生抽象思维能力有了一些发展，但对初中生来说，这种抽象思维仍属经验型，还需要感性经验的直接支持。部分学生比较乐于参与各种英语实践活动，在小组活动中积极与他人合作，互相帮助，共同完成学习任务。但本课是学生第一次接触的文体诗歌，学生基本能读懂浅易的文本内容，但缺乏对于诗歌的情感升华。学生的语言运用能力和对诗歌的理解能力也有待提高。教学目标知识目标： 学生掌握并会使用以下词汇及句型：单词：poem tiny cry field hug lift badly awful regret词组:run though talk back give sb. a hug regret doing句型:I should be allowed to eat some.
