Relationship between logistics and supply chain management AbstractAs a new operation pattern for enterprise, supply chain management will help enterprise construct and keep a long collaboration relation with key suppliers and customers in strategic layer. This is the supply chain operation research foundation which enterprises expand exterior supply chain including suppliers and customers from interior supply chain. Logistics management is a part of supply chain operation, and it could cooperate with supply chain operation from many layers.Key words：supply chain management，logistics，relationship between logistics and supply chain managerment1IntroductionIn the 1990s, supply chain management has become one of the most important methods to improve the competitiveness for the business organization in the intensive global competitive market. In this paper, we introduce the basic philosophy of the supply chain management, discuss the theoretical and practical background which facilitates the arising of supply chain management. After studying the supply chain management process, we review supply chain models for the management decision making and discuss their implications for our business management2The importance of supply chain management 随着合作竞争时代的到来,市场竞争已经不再是单个企业之间的较量,而是整个供应链之间的竞争,合作竞争已成为企业的生命纽带。企业与供应商双赢已成为共识,因为企业间的竞争越来越取决于供应商成本和效率的竞争。供应链的整合能为企业减少库存、节约成本,能够更快捷地反映客户和市场的需求,那么加强供应链中的供应商管理就成为关键。这个时代变化太多,变化太快,所以做供应链的人尤为辛苦,因为供应链的现状就是波动、变化和不确定。随着经济发展与形势的变化,我们的变化呈现的是多元的、多方面的,经济方面同样也面临着变化,比如今天的通货膨胀、物料价格的飞涨,这就涉及到供应商的管理问题,顾客以及消费者的心理和行为的变化,那么需要处理的波动和变化比以往更加具有挑战性。在供应链当中,贯穿着物流、信息流、资金流和人力资源的组合与分配,其中信息流是企业的眼睛,是企业能够进行正确决策而进行最后实施的重要法宝。很多企业往往规定在多长的时间内信息从下面传递到上层领导,但是现状是企业中的流程非常复杂,流程复杂到最后就是呆板,把自己封闭在狭小的空间里,问题发生之后一层一层的汇报,等汇报到领导那,解决问题的最佳时机已经过去了,这就是我们的信息流。3.The close relationships between logistics and supply chain management供应链管理是一种全新的经营与运作模式,也是企业的一种新的竞争策略,它赋予了物流管理新的意义和作用。深刻领会供应链管理环境下物流系统及其管理模式,探索有效管理供应链物流过程的新方法,将会有助于发挥供应链管理的整体效益,对我国企业竞争力的提高具有重要的意义。供应链与供应链管理20世纪90年代以来,由于科学技术飞速进步和生产力的发展,顾客消费水平不断提高,企业之间竞争加剧,加上政治、经济、社会环境的巨大变化,使得整个市场需求的不确定性大大增加。面对变化迅速且无法预测的市场,企业逐渐意识到仅靠自身的有限资源已不可能有效地参与市场竞争,必须把经营过程中的有关各方融入到一起,才能利用全社会一切资源快速高效Supply chain logistics is the most important,the most difficult,and the content of most abundant part of supply chain management,and also the core of it.With global strengthening of supply chain logistics,the logistics enterprises in our country have showed stronger growth.However,because of the labor cost increase,and the restriction of RMB appreciation pressure,the competitiveness of logistics enterprise in our country has gradually weakened.Therefore, only if logistics enterprises in our country take path of supply chain management,can they achieve significant development.Based on the definition of logistics supply chain management,this paper analyzes the differences between supply chain management and traditional logistics,and points out the challenges faced by our countrys logistics industry.Thus,some proposals have been made to realize the transformation from traditional logistics to modern supply chain managemen4.the growing mode of chinese logisticsOur logistics industry is the status of presenting on a great quantity,a small scale,a small order,a weak capacity,a slow response and so on.How Chinese logistics enterprises have grown so fast in late transitional period has become the focus not only by theoritical researchers but also pratical researchers.This paper thinks that the integration logistics is a viable development way of making our logistics enterprise strong.On the basis of analyzing the definition and the characteristics of integration logistics,and the service company of the integration logistics,this paper brings up four fulfillment directions of development Chinas integration logistics5.the diffirence of logistics and supply chain managementIn order to clarify the conceptual diffusion between the logistics management and the supply chain management, the similarities and differences between logistics & logistics management and between supply chain & supply chain management are compared, the concepts of logistics chain and supply chain logistics are discussed, the difference & relationship between logistics management and supply chain management are expatiated.
