B:Id like a large / medium / small bowl of noodles.(3)A:What kind of noodles would you like?B:Id like mutton and potato noodles, please. 二能力目标提高学生听说的能力,培养学生自学的能力,在学习表达点菜订餐和购物等活动中培养合作的能力。三情感目标“在用中学,在学中用”,在活动中让学生体会学习英语的乐趣,激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,树立学习英语的信心;模拟生活场景,激发学生各抒己见表达自己的想法并探知新事物,在交流中增长学生生活经验,促进人际交往。教学重点:1学习日常生活中有关的食物名称的单词2学会 would like句型的特殊疑问句及其回答3可数名词和不可数名词4. 学习运用重点句型:-A:What size bowl of noodles would you like? B:Id like a large / medium / small bowl of noodles.A:What kind of noodles would you like?B:Id like mutton and potato noodles, please.教学难点:在情景中灵活应用订购食物和点餐的句型。Teaching steps (教学步骤)Step1.Revision复习七上第六单元所学过的水果和蔬菜的名称 T: What kind of fruit do you like? Ss: I like apples, bananas, oranges, pears, strawberries.T: What kind of vegetables do you like?Ss: I like tomatoes, carrots. T: What kind of food do you like? Ss: I like milk, eggs, rice, burger, bread, ice-cream Step2. 呈现新知识:利用多媒体学习单词1. Teach some new words, potatoes, tomatoes, cabbage, onions, mutton, beef, chicken, noodles, Task 1: names of the foodT:First lets look at the picture. Look!(Show a picture of a potato)T: Whats this in English? Its a potato. Read after me, P-O-T-A-T-O, potato.Ss: T: What are these? (Show a picture of some potatoes)Ss:They are potatoes.Teach other words in the same way.Task 2: 记忆大挑战T: Lood at the screen,can you remember them in one minute?老师展示各种食物的图片,在一分钟之内让学生迅速记忆,然后让学生尽可能多地说出有哪些单词。T: Whats this? Could you say the word and spell them?Ss:2. 学习句型:A: What would you like? B: Id like some根据放映的实物图片引导学生操练对话。(先师问生答,再同桌间互相问答)。3.完成1aT: Look at the picture.Let have a competion. When I say the letter a, you should say the word. Are you ready?Ss:4.学习句型: 1.创设情境:以具体的场景-面馆进入新句型的学习,先让学生结合自己的生活经验熟悉对面条的描述方式,为学习新句型奠定基础。2.句型1: What kind of noodles would you like? Id like beef and tomato noodles.T: Im a little hungry, lets have some noodles. Look! This is a noodle house.They have different kinds of noodles. What kind of noodles would you like?S:Id like beef and tomato noodles.结合学生生活经验,学会从面条中添加不同的内容角度描述面条的品种,扩展学习新句型。3. 完成1bT: My sister works in a restaurant. They have many kinds of noodles for you to choose. They have some specials.Look at the three specials.T: What can you see in the noodles?Ss: Beef and tomatoT: So theyre beef and tomato noodles.Teach the other three specials in the same way.T: Here are two friends talking about the special they like. Id like a large bowl of noodles.结合学生生活经验,学会从面条外部碗的型号角度描述面条的品种,扩展学习新句型。(重在体会句型1与句型2的相同和不同)5.听力练习:完成2a和2b(1)T: Please turn to page 56. Look at the words in 2a. Read them aloud.(2)T: Now listen carefully and check the names of the food you hear.(3)T: Can you get the answers? Check Ss answers. (4)T: Please look at 2b. Listen again and complete the sentences.(5)Ask two Ss to present their answers to the class. (6) Read the conversation for the class to check their answers. 设计意图:此环节进一步巩固了本堂课所学的词汇和句型。Step3:完成2dActivity 1.(1)听对话并补全所缺部分T:listen to the conversation, and complete the conversation.Listen again and check the answers.(2).学生回答所给出的问题T: Look at the questions,read the conversation and answer the questions.check the answers.设计意图:此环节是由activity2d设计,旨在巩固所学短语和句型,及训练学生综合语言运用能力。Activity 2. . Role play Order food in a noodle house事先将学生分组,每小组同学共同创设情境,编排对话,然后推选几位分别扮演顾客和服务员,表演节目。设计意图:学是为了用,活动中培养学生在生活中大胆说英语,激发学生学英语的热情;展现学生的表演才华,锻炼学生与人合作的能力和表演能力。Activity 3: Come on
