Teaching Plan-黄丹丹I The title: Unit 2 What time do you go to school? Section A 1 (1a-1c) (2011版新课标初中英语七年级下册)II Students: There are 51 students in class 707. They have learned the numeral (0-30) last term.III Teaching Aims: 1. Knowledge aims :(1) Master the words and phrases: get up, get dressed, brush (ones) teeth, take a shower, usually, forty,etc. (2)Master the sentences: What time do you usually get up? I usually get up at six thirty.2. Ability aims :Talk about routines, ask about and say times. Improve students listening and speaking skills. 3. Moral aims:Time is money and time is life.Everyone should make full use of time.IV Teaching important points Master the key words and sentences.V Teaching difficult points1. Ask about and say times. 2. Talk about daily routines VI Teaching aidsPPT,recording,pictures,etc.VII Teaching proceduresStep 1 Warming up and lead-in(3min) 1) Greet the Ss . 2) Show teaching goals. 3) Show the teacher and Ricks QQ chat history. 【设计意图】创设情景吸引学生兴趣,并引出时间话题。 Step 2 Presentation(10min)1) Show some pictures of clocks. Teach Ss to express the time. 【设计意图】利用时钟图片学习时间表达法。区分watch和clock。2) Rick says,“Can I ask you some questions about your day?” T shows Ss some pictures about daily routines and makes the students learn six phrases in the sentence patterns. 【设计意图】在句中学词,利用图片教学重点词句。Step 3 Practice the new phrases( 10min)1) Do and say:Ask a student to act out the activities,and other Ss say out the phrases.2) Match:Look at the pictures in 1a. Then read the new words on the right. Ask the Ss to match the activities with pictures. Then check the answers.3) Recite the words:If you can recite the Phrases,stand up and spell it.4) Talk about yourself(2c):Show the new schedule of our school,let Ss make conversations. 【设计意图】通过你做我猜,配对,起立背词,编对话等活动,操练词句。其中编对话环节联系实际,让学生根据时间安排表进行问答。 Step 4 Listening part (10min) Rick says,“Do you want to know about my day?”Well hear a conversation. Rick is answering some questions about his day.1) Listen and number Ricks activities. 2) Listen again and match the times with the actions.(Finish 1b)You can write down the time first,and then,draw lines from the clocks to the pictures.【设计意图】让学生先给听到的活动编号,再写时间。降低听力难度。提示学生完成1b先写下时间再连线。3) Show Ricks schedule.Let Ss ask and answer questions about Ricks day.(1c)Use the following sentence patterns. What time does Rick usually take a shower? He usually takes a shower at six forty. 【设计意图】将1c的问答人称改为第三人称单数,操练三单形式。 Step 5 More practice (6 min) 1)T: Now lets listen to the conversation and complete the sentences.(2a) 2)T: Can you get the answers? Please check the answers. 3) T: Please look at 2b. Lets listen to the conversation once again. Complete the shower schedule for Jims family. 4)Ask and answer: What time does Bob take a shower? He usually takes a shower at 5:30. 【设计意图】此环节进一步巩固了本堂课所学的词汇和句型。训练学生听对话填空的技巧:先听、记住应填的内容,做简单记录,最后,在听第二遍的时候再进行单词的书写。 Step 6 Summary (1min) Step 7 Homework Interview your friends.
