Do you know how to ask for or give directions? Show pictures to have a revision. Ask “Wheres the? Do you know the way to the?”2. Show more pictures and organize the students to ask and answer in pairs.1. Present pictures to tell students “ Were going to visit Sunshine Zoo today.” Then ask them to answer “What can you see in the zoo?” 2. Show a picture of pandas and teach the new word: bamboo.3. Show more pictures of other animals to teach more words and phrases. (Write on the blackboard)4. Communicate with students and ask “ Which animal do you like? Why?”1. Give students an example and ask them to practice in pairs:S1: Which animal do you like?S2: I likeS1: Why?S2: Because2. Ask students to complete B3.1. Present the background of the text and say “ The students are seeing many different kinds animals in the zoo. Do you know what animals they are?”2. Play the tape and ask students to skim the text. Then work in groups to complete B1.3. Ask “ Which animal do you like best in the zoo? Tell us where they are.” Encourage students to tell how to find their favorite animals on the map.4. Do True or False in B2 and correct the mistakes.1. Ask the students to read the text together with the tape.2. Group them in groups of four, and ask them to act their dialogues. ( One is the guide and the other three are visitors)3. Show a map and ask the students to make a dialogue about asking and giving directions.Let the students do some exercises on the worksheet.1. Finish the exercises.2. Read the text fluently.Answer the questions to review the directions and discuss in pairs.1. Look at the pictures and answer questions.2. Learn new words and phrases.3. Discuss and say something about their favorite animals.1. Make a dialogue to talk about animals.2. Fill in the blanks to complete B3.1. Listen and go through the text quickly.
