Unit6 Im watching TV.SectionB Reading一 教材分析 本单元的话题是“Talk about what people are doing。通过本堂课的学习,学生不仅能学会用现在进行时表达日常生活中的各项活动,并能进行迁移和运用;在掌握功能句式的基础上,要求学生能创造性地应用所学句型,并向别人介绍中国的各种传统节日以及当天节日的日常行为活动。该阅读文章以中国的传统节日端午节为话题,描述寄宿在美国的中国孩子并不过端午节以及他对家乡的思念之情。该部分共设置了4项任务:第一项任务以短篇的形式激活学生的相关背景知识(Section 1);第二项任务要求学生运用所提供的策略完成阅读(Section 2);第三项任务要求学生通过快速阅读获取信息(Section 3);第四项任务通过讨论、写作等形式要求学生进行一次class survey (Section 4)。二学情分析学生已经学完新目标英语改版的第一册以及本册的前五个单元,对课本的形式已经比较熟悉;而且对本单元的现在进行时态在SectionA中已经学习并掌握。学生的语言表达能力都还不错,课堂上对知识的掌握及应用来得比较快。根据学生的特点,本节课在教学设计上主要以学生小组活动为主,注重学生语言能力的训练。三 学习目标学生能够通过小组活动,在不同的日常行为活动中,灵活的运用现在进行时。四 教学重难点1. 教学重点:学生对现在进行时的理解和应用。2. 教学难点:学生用所学现在进行时描述中国不同传统节日下的行为活动。五 教学模式采用小组合作式教学模式。四人为一小组,与其他小组进行比拼。六 教学手段采用视频,录音,多媒体,个别检查,小组活动和讨论的教学手段。七 教学内容及流程教学步骤教师活动学生活动设计意图Step(5mins)PreparationStep1.GreetingStep2.
