Able to make a dialogue to talk about the seasons.Teaching aids: PPT, pictures of seasonsTeaching procedures:Step 1: Warming up1.Greeting with students.2. Show what we will learn today.3. Look and say. PPT shows some pictures, ask students to speak out the phrases loudly.(复习季节有关的单词,短语,让学生整体感受四季的变化和每个季节可以做的事情,为下面的对话练习做铺垫)Step 2 Presentation1. Guessing gamePPT shows the weather, ask students to guess the seasons.sunny and hot-summer, windy and warm-springsnowy and cold-winter, windy and cool-autumn(先让学生感受四季的气候,并板书练习四季的单词。)2. Lets try. (1)Let students read the question together:“What is the weather like today?”(2)Listen to the tape and fill in the blanks.(3)Check the answer.3.T: You all do a good job. Now lets enjoy a song to have a rest.Enjoy the video.T: Do you like the music?Ss: Yes. PPT shows the sentence “Do you like the music, children?”(Learn “children”)T: The name of the song is “The Four Seasons”4.PPT shows the four seasons pictures and the sentence “Today well draw the seasons!” Learn the sentence and read the sentence.5. Give students two minutes to draw the seasons and make a sentence: I like best. Its beautiful/pretty/colourful Then show time.(通过学生自行给四季绘图,让学生深入感知句子的意思,并练习句型。因为形式新颖,学生应该很感兴趣,并乐于练习。)6. Listen to the tape of “Lets talk” and answer the questions.(1) Which season does Mike like best?(2) Which season does Wu Yifan like best?Ask students to answer and check the answers.7. Listen and fill in the blanks.(通过两个听力练习,先让学生整体感知对话内容,再从细节具体学习文中的重点句型。)8. Read the dialogue after the tape.9. Now lets act it out! Give students three minutes to read the dialogue in groups, then act out the dialogue in front of the blackboard.Step 3 Practice1. Ask students to make a survey to find out your friends favourite season.A :Which season do you like best?B:Summer / Spring / Autumn / Winter. Because its ./ I like./ I can. What about you?A: I like . best. Because .(make a snowman,fly a kite , go swimming, eat ice -cream , draw pictures, play sports, pick apples, have a summer vacation.)(通过让学生自行创编对话,考察学生对本课对话的掌握情况,并对所学知识进行拓展。)2. PPT shows a video of four seasons, ask students to pay attention to the sentences in the video.(在课堂的最后,放上一段祖国风景的视频,放松一下整节课紧张的情绪,并向学生展示了祖国的
