Unit 9 I like music that I can dance to.Section A (1a2d)学习目标掌握生词:prefer ,Australia,electronic,suppose,smooth,spare,war,director,case掌握短语:dance to,sing along with,different kinds of,in that case,World War ,think about学习定语从句,重点句式:What kind of music do you like?I like music that I can sing along withdance to.Carman likes musicians who play different kinds of music.In that case,Ill ask someone who likes serious movies.学习重点,难点:学习宾语从句,掌握宾语从句【自主预习】 预习书本65,66页的相关内容,1.学生自学生词,并记住单词拼写和拼读。2.预习课本,找出重点短语和句式。单词: 1.更喜欢_ 2.澳大利亚的,澳大利亚人_ 3.推断,料想 _ 4.平滑的,悦耳的_ 5.导演,部门负责人_ 6.战争 _短语:1.跟着唱_ 2.不同种类的_ 3.既然那样_ 4.思考_汉译英1. 你喜欢哪种音乐?2. 我喜欢我能跟着唱跳的音乐。3. 卡门更喜欢演奏各种音乐的音乐家。学习过程:1. 课前预习检测。各小组朗读一遍课前预习的内容,然后老师抽查2-3组的预习情况。2.情景导入:T: Do you love music?Yeah,music is also my favorite.It takes my life more colorful.You know,there are different kinds of in the world.(play some beautiful music and get Ss to talk about it freely.)T:What kind of music do you prefer?Ss:_(1.)I like loud music.I can dance to it.(2.)I like quiet music.3完成教材1a1c的任务(1)要求学生迅速阅读1a部分的内容,并按要求完成课本上相应的任务。(2)核对答案,先全班一起给出答案并检查讨论。然后23名学生就“I like music that_”给出自己的答案,并把收集的答案列举在黑板上。(3)听第一遍录音,并完成课本上1b的听力任务。并跟读第二遍,逐句跟读。(4)完成1c,模仿听力内容进行对话练习,并请23名学生当堂进行演示。4.小结训练 汉译英,每空一词。1.你喜欢什么样的音乐?What _ of music do you like?2.我喜欢有着美妙歌词的音乐。I like music _ has great _.3.我的朋友更喜欢能够随之跳舞的音乐。My friend _ music that she can dance to.4. 这位美国老太太喜欢能够随着哼唱的音乐。The American old lady loves music _ she can sing _ with.5.2a-2d(1)听录音完成2a,2d.听第二遍录音并跟读。(2)学生模仿听力内容,利用2a,2b的角色练习对话并表演。新知探究Prefer用法:v.意为“比较喜欢,更喜欢”,相当于like better,其后跟名词,动名词或代词作宾语。Prefer常用的词组有: Prefer sth. to sth. 比起更喜欢 Prefer doing sth. to doing sth. 比起做某事更喜欢做某事 Prefer to do sth. rather than do sth.相当于would rather do sth. than do sth. 宁愿做某事而不愿做某事语法:一、定语从句的概念在复合句中,修饰某一名词或代词的从句叫定语从句。被修饰的名词或代词叫先行词,定语从句一般放在先行词的后面。二、定语从句的关系词引导定语从句的关系词有关系代词和关系副词,常见的关系代词包括that, which, who(宾格whom,所有格whose)等,关系副词包括where, when, why等。关系代词和关系副词放在先行词及定语从句之间起连接作用,同时又作定语从句的重要成分。三、定语从句的分类根据定语从句与先行词的关系,定语从句可分为限制性定语从句及非限制性定语从句。限制性定语从句紧跟先行词,主句与从句不用逗号分开,从句不可省去,非限制性定语从句主句与从句之间有逗号分开,起补充说明作用,如省去,意思仍完整。四、关系代词的用法1. that 既可以用于指人,也可以用于指物。在从句中作主语或宾语,作主语时不可省略,作宾语可省略。例如:Mary likes music that is quiet and gentle.玛丽喜欢轻柔的音乐。(that作主语)The coat (that) I put on the desk is blue.我放在桌子上的那件外套是蓝色的。(that作宾语)2. which用于指物,在句中作主语或宾语,作主语不可省略,作宾语可省略。例如:The building which stands near the train station is a supermarket.位于火车站附近的那座大楼是一家超市。(作主语)The film (which) we saw last night was wonderful. 我们昨天晚上看的那部电影很好看。(作宾语)3. who, whom用于指人,who 用作主语,whom用作宾语。在口语中,有时可用who代替whom,也可省略。例如:The girl who often helps me with my English is from England.经常在英语方面帮助我的那个女孩是英国人。(作主语)Who is the teacher (whom) Li Ming is talking to?正在与李明谈话的老师是谁?(作宾语)6小结训练( )1.I like music that I can sing along _ or dance _.A.with,to B.with,with C.to,to D.to,with( )2.Most students like the teachers _ can understand them well.
