八模块第 1 单元教学设计 Module 8 Changes Unit 1 I was two 一、教学内容分析 本课的教学内容是外研版新标准英语(三年级起始用)第四册第八模块第一单元 I was two。本课通过 Linglings grandparents 以及 Lingling 的照片,引导学生来描述过去与现在进行对比的句型。这是学生第一次接触到一般过去式的结构。在课堂上只是告诉同学们在描述过去的状况时我们就使用这种结构。 二、教学目标 1.技能和知识目标 基本能听懂、会说、会读、会写新单词 who、grandparents、me、then、hair、was、were、so. 基本能听懂、会读、会说句型“I was. They were.” 巩固复习词汇“tall、short、fat、thin、old、young cute、naughty、cool”及句型“Im.Who is that little girl? Its.” 2.能力目标 学生能够运用 was 和 were 来描述过去,介绍自己或他人过去的事情。 3.情感目标 通过对本课的学习,培养学生细心观察、乐于发现的学习态度。 三、教学重点和难点 1.教学重点 词汇教学:who, grandparents, then, hair, was, were,so. 句型操练: was/were ,then. Now am/is/are . 2.教学难点 指导学生 then 的正确发音,帮助学生理解then的意义以及运用。 四、教学用具:录音机、教师及父母照片、单词卡片、小贴画。 五、教学过程设计 Step 1: warming up 1.Greetings T: Good morning, boys and girls. Ss: Good morning teacher. T: Today Im very happy to see you. Are you happy? Ss: Yes, were happy. 2.T: Go over the adjectives (出示形容词卡片 tall, short, fat, thin , young ,old ,cute, naughty , cool),read as quickly as you can. Step 2: Presention 1.教师简单描述现在的自己 T:I think you are the best. I want to be your good friends. Do you want to be my good friends? Ss:Yes,I do. T:Sounds great! Look at me !Hello,everybody , My name is Qiu yujie, Now I am 23 , I am tall and thin.(板书 Now I am 23.帮助学生理解 now.) T:My hair is long. Do you understand hair? (引出新单词 hair,手指向自己的头发,同时示范单词的发音。) Ss:.T: Follow me! Hair, hair, Point to your hair. Hair, hair,Touch to your hair. T: My hair is long . What about you ? S1: My hair is . 2.教师出示自己小时候的照片 T: Look! I have a photo. Who is that little girl? Can you guess? (引出新单词 who,同时示范单词的发音,将汉译给学生看。) S2:. S3:. S4: Its you. T:Very good! Youre so clever.Its me.(引出新单词 so和me,同时示范单词的发音。) 3.对比教师的过去和现在 T:Whats different for me ? S5:. S6:. S7:.T:In this photo,I was 6,then. I was short and fat,then. My hair is short,then.You see I was a little girl ,then. Now I am a teacher.(引出新单词 then, 同时示范then 的发音。然后板书 I was 6,then.重点强调 was,结合板书中句子,重点帮助学生理解 then 的含义。) 4.教师出示自己爸爸妈妈年轻时照片 T:They are my parents. How about them then? S8:. S9:. S10:.T:In this photo,they were young,then. Now they are old. (板书 They were young,then. Now they are old. 重点强调 were.) 5. 结合板书中句子 I was 6,then. Now I am 23 与 They were young,then. Now they are old.引导学生注意“was 与 am”“ were 与 are”、“then 与 now”的变化,简单告诉学生我们讲述过去时的状态时,通常把在一般现在时中使用的“am/is,are”变成“was/were”. 6. 教师出示数字,学生运用句型I was.Step3: Learn text T:Today ,we are going to learn Module 8 Changes Unit 1 I was two.(板书课题并读一读) Amy went to Linglings house .she saw lots of photos. Amy was very interested in Linglings photos . What are they talking about? Lets have a look.First , listen to the tape and answer the questions: Who are they? Who is that little girl? 1.T:Who can answer this questions ? Who are they? S11: Grandma and grandpa .T: Ok, Look, this is grandma and this is grandpa. We also called grandparents.(引出单词 grandparents,并强调 grandparents 的发音。) . T: Who is that little girl? Ss:Lingling 2.Listen and repeat,pay attention to the prounciation and intonation. 3.Read and complete the sentence T:看书上照片中的 Grandparents、Lingling 与现在相比有些什么变化?Now, read books , Look and complete the sentence.先自读自己独立完成,然后小组交流。 They were _ ,then. Now they are _. Lingling _ two,then. Linglings hair was _ ,then. Now Linglings hair _ _ . T:指名完成。 Step 4: Practice 1.T:看书第一单元活动 3, 教师图 1 做示范, 引导学生描述一张图的多处不同, 并注意 “was, were, is , are”的正确用法。例如: Her hair was short, then. Now her hair is long. She was short, then. Now she is tall. She was fat, then. Now she is thin. T:每组讨论一副图片。 3.Chant: T:Ok,Lets say a chant. Follow me. Was was, I was short. Was was, she was cute. Was was, he was naughty. Were were, you were young. Were were, we were clever. Were were, they were old. Step 5: Summary 1.总结所学句型。 2.对学生进行整体评价,比一比哪个小组这节课得到的花多,这个小组的所有学生每人得到一个英语贴图。 Step
