The CY4102-C3A/C3B Engines adopting a 4-valve cylinder head configuration, Utilizing Bosch electronically controlled High pressure-common rail fuel supply system, with Exhaust Gas Turbocharger Inter-cooler technology. Euro III emission standard with platform being upgraded to Euro IV.Power range from 100kW to 125kW, which feature big power , low fuel consumption, easy start-up, long life, low noise and vibration as well as low emission pollution etc. Ideal power for the application of 3 -6 T payload light- duty trucks and 6-9m buses etc.Structure features: Cylinder head: Adopting 4-valve cylinder head, with optimized intake port design, helical intake port and tangential intake port combination design, which greatly improve air intake efficiency,with sufficient mixture of air and fuel, as well as more complete combustion. Cylinder block: With completely new design to cylinder block, meeting the requirements for high explosive pressure.Arc shape design for skirt structure increases block structure rigidity, by thickening the separator between cylinders , which gets more reinforcement. Adopting QT500 materials for main bearing caps. Piston ring ,cylinder liner friction pairs are designed by ATG company, the first piston ring adopts nodular cast iron barrel shape design, the excircle with CKS complex coating, the second ring adopts special cast iron trapezoid ring.
