He/ She is playing basketball.What are they doing? They are playing football.Is he/ she swimming? Yes, he / she is. / No, he/ she isnt.3. 语法现在进行时概念: 现在时表示现在(说话瞬间) 正在进行或发生的动作,也可表示当前一段时间内的活动或进行现阶段正在进行的动作。21世纪教育网版权所有结构:助动词be(am, is, are) +v. -ing形式常用时间状语:now, at the moment动词现在分词的构成:(1) 直接在动词尾+ingplay-playing read-reading eat-eating (2) 以不发音的字母e结尾的动词,失去e再加ingskate-skating take-taking dance-dancing (3) 以重读闭音节结尾的动词,且词尾只有一个辅音字母,应双写其辅音字母再加ing。sit-sitting run-running swim-swimming 教学设计:Step 1 Lead-inWatch a video to lead in the topic-Im watching TV.Step 2 Presentation1. Introduce my neighbors to the Ss, then ask Ss to look at the pictures in 1a and find out what are they doing.2. Match the phrases with the pictures.3. Check the answers and lead Ss to answer like this: She is watching TV in picture i.4. Listening Task 1: Listen and match.Step 3 Pairwork1. Practice the conversations in pairs.A: Look at picture a. What is she doing?B: She is v+ing. Look at picture b.What are they doing?A: They are v+ing.2. Ask some pairs to show their conversations.Step 4 Games1. Game 1: Listen to the sound and guess what are the people doing.2. Game 2: Who has sharp eyes? The teacher does the gesture, then let Ss guess the gesture and let them say out the sentence. Ask some Ss to act in front of the classroom and let other Ss guess.Step 5 Listening1. Introduce Steve and Jack ,then show two pictures on the screen. Ask Ss to guess what are they doing from the pictures.2. Play the tape and let Ss listen to the recording, then check their answers before.3. Task 2: Listen again. Fill in the blanks. (2b)4.
