SectionA1a-2c教学设计1设计理念:坚持以学生为中心。通过pairwork, groupwork and make a survey等形式,培养学生合作学习能力和语言综合运用能力。贯彻英语学习的交际性原则。教师根据英语学科特点,创造使用英语的机会, 引导学生在完成任务的过程中把学习与现实生活有机地结合起来,实现“学以致用”的目的。2教材分析:新目标英语Go For It 第八单元 How was your school trip?是以Spending holidays 为中心话题,围绕Talk about events in the past展开一系列听说读写活动。本节课是 Section A1a-2c部分。该部分包括P47,P48,有听、说和Grammar Focus,所以,本课属于听说课。3教学目标:语言技能目标:根据新课标对八年级学生听说要求,本课要培养学生听力预测的能力和找关键词、获取主要信息的能力。培养学生使用正确的语音、语调,并用过去时谈论旅游中看见、听见了什么,发生了哪些事情,提高用英语描述自己或他人的经历的能力。语言知识目标:掌握重点词汇gift, shark, aquarium, seal, hang, hang out, souvenir, win, autograph, prize etc.掌握重点句型Did you go to the zoo? No, I didnt. I went to the aquarium. Did you see any seals? Yes. I saw some seals. Were there any sharks? No, there werent any sharks. What else did you do? I bought a souvenir.情感态度目标:通过谈论学校组织的旅游,使学生感受生活的乐趣,同时树立保护环境的意识。文化意识目标:跨学科学习,了解水族馆里海洋生物的有关知识。学习策略目标:通过游戏、调查报告等系列活动,掌握并正确运用一般过去时。4教学重难点:八年级学生在七年级已学过How was your weekend? Where did you go on vacation? 等话题,本册第三单元学过What are you doing for vacation?至此已积累了丰富的描述周末和节假日活动的词汇,为本单元的活动作了很好的铺垫工作。因此,本课的重点定为:复习museum, game, beach, dolphin, ice cream, vacation, did/ didnt, bought, went, saw, were/ werent, had, watched, cleaned, helped, met, etc.词汇gift, shark, aquarium, seal, hang, hang out, souvenir, win, autograph, prize etc.句型Did you go to the zoo? No, I didnt. I went to the aquarium. Did you see any seals? Yes. I saw some seals. Were there any sharks? No, there werent any sharks. What else did you do? I bought a souvenir.难点:语法焦点在于Simple Past of Regular& Irregular Verbs和 Did you, Were there questions in the Past Tense.5.教学准备:电脑多媒体,录音机,听力练习纸和调查表(学生人手一份)6.教学流程:Step1. Warming-up.1. T: Do you like watching a flash? Heres a flash about Alfy. He had a good time last school trip. You should watch carefully and later I will ask you some questions.Let the Ss watch the flash “Alfy goes camping.” 2. T: Lets see who has a good memory. Q1: What did Alfy do?Q2: Who did he go with?Q3: Did they pick any fruit?Q4: Were there any bears/ backpacks/ tigers?设计意图:初中生以形象思维为主,对具体的、新鲜的事物最敏感。活泼生动的卡通画面激发学生的学习兴趣, 将学生的注意力迅速集中到课堂上;问题的设计有助引入新课。Step2. Before-listening. T: Did Alfy have a great school trip? How was your last school trip? Where did you go? What did you do? Help the Ss to answer these questions with past tense. While a student answers, some students writes down the activities he/she talks about on the blackboard, the others should write them down on paper. Then finish 1a.设计意图:复习旧知,呈现难点。在讲述过去的经历时,肯定有学生出现不用、变错或拼错过去式动词的情况,而这恰好是本课的难点。让学生板书呈现错误,是为了让学生主动发现问题和解决问题,其效果远远好于教师的讲解。Guessing game: Work in pairs, S1 chooses one of the activities on the blackboard and act out, the other guesses. Use the target sentence: Did you ? Yes, I did./ No, I didnt.设计意图:通过游戏,既巩固了动词短语,又学习本课重点句型之一Did you ? Yes, I did. / No, I didnt. 3T: I also had a great vacation last summer. I went to Shanghai and did lots of things there. First, I visited my best friend and ate lunch together. Then I hung out with her and I bought some souvenirs in a gift shop. After that, I went to an aquarium , I saw lots of beautiful sea animals there and I took many photos. Look at the photos. What animals were there in the aquarium? Show the words and pictures: dolphin, fish, shark, seal, octopus and seahorse.Practice: There were some in the aquarium. Were there any in the aquarium? Help the student answer “Yes, there were some. / No, there werent any.” Let the Ss ask and answer in pairs. 设计意图:通过教师叙述自身经历并显示相应的图片,强调过去式形式的动词短语,引出新单词gift, souvenir, hung out, aquarium, shark, seal。以参观水族馆为话题导入本课的另一重点句型 “Were there any? Yes, there were some/ No, there werent any.”话题贴近学生生活,容易引起思想共鸣。Step3. While-listening.1. T: Tina had a fantastic school trip last week. Kavin is now asking her about her school trip. Open your books and turn to Page47. Read the words in 1b. Predict what Tina did in the aquarium. Then listen and circle the expressions in the box in 1b. After checking the answers, ask a student: Did Laura buy a souvenir? Help the student answer: No, she didnt. Her friend Grace bought a souvenir.
